We were on our way driving from Chicago to NH and our 2017 VW was making a lot of noise. I took it in to this shop and they did everything they could to get us back on the road. They put two techs on it and the owner drove around the city himself to get the parts. We're so appreciative of the fast work they did. I really felt like I could trust them to do what was best for us and our car.

This is my go to no worries shop. I've taken 3 different vehicles here for a heap of different issues/problems. What I like is they're not miserable and are always happy to do the work, explain the work and answer any questions you have. The one vehicle had a ridiculous amount of problems that needed to be found, diagnosed and fixed for it to pass inspection. I really like getting the quote/work order sent to you for review and approval BEFORE they do anything. I've had a shop in the past do work without even letting you know let alone sending you a quote first. I got a quote for work on my truck, it ended up taking longer than quoted, however they kept their word and it was only the quoted price. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will always use them for any work I need done.

Took a Mercedes-Benz here when nobody could figure out what was wrong with it. These guys are great. Diagnosed and repaired car ran like a dream again! Two thumbs up.

The best shop I’ve had I brought my 2007 750li to them and it was riddled with problems but they worked with me and got it running beautifully even when I wanted to give up helped me cut cost where they could which was something I’m not use to from shops lol just were very honest and straight forward the staff is so friendly and make you feel comfortable I would tell anybody in the area and visiting if your thinking of getting your car worked on this is the place there over the top wish I would of been coming here best shop in Niagara Falls

My VW passat had a horrible metallic clank and clunk noise coming from the rear end every time i hit any bump.i had a so called mechanic in the past work on it trying to fix this issue and not only failed to fix it but made the problem worse. United auto has super kind, polite and professional staff that quickly fixed my suspension for a very fair and reasonable price, i was afraid it would cost double what they actually charged me. I highly recommend united auto, and am super happy with them and will continue to use there services.

Had a great experience here - my check engine light came on right before I had to leave for a road trip and they squeezed me in to take care of it even though they were busy. They stayed after hours for me to get the job done which was much appreciated! Rosa at the front was extremely friendly, explained everything to me, and it was overall a very pleasant experience. Will be back for any other issues that may come up with my vehicle!

My daughter and I visited Niagara Falls for 24hrs from Ontario when she was writing her SATs. Our car wouldn’t start, about 3 hours before we had to get back across the border - By some miracle it broke down within a couple of mins (walking) of United Auto Repair. José, Rosa and their team were supposed to be closed, but they stayed and ran diagnostics on our car, determined that the fault and somehow managed to order the required parts and install them, all within 2 hours. Rosa, even drove me to fetch my daughter from the SAT location when I couldn’t get a taxi.
Such a kind and professional team who go above and beyond service. I am so grateful to them.

I brought my car in for diagnostics because I was experiencing overall poor performance. I was greeted by Rosa who explained very thoroughly what they would do during the diagnostics and the pricing so there are no surprises. The mechanic sat in the passenger seat while I drove so he could fully understand the problems I was having which made me feel like they really cared. He then drove it as well with me in the car and could tell me right there a few things he noticed. When they finished the diagnostics a few hours later there were many problems found that I did not know about and it was very overwhelming but, they made sure to take the time to break it down and explain everything. They gave me a quote complete with all costs such as labor, tax, parts cost, etc listed in order of most important to repair to least so I was able to break it up into a few appointments. My car is already driving so much better and that’s important to me since I spend most of my time on the road! The team is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
