I walked in with my son to look for a car for him self and I ended up buying one as well! KEVIN was my sales rep. He did and AMAZING job with getting me in to what now HAS BEEN LABELED AS MOM CAR I absolutely love it and service I received from the time I walked in till all was done was absolutely THE BEST. KEVIN was well knowledgeable about everything about every car I looked at and he made sure I was happy with what I picked as my vehicle. KEVIN WAS not pushy he went with whatever I wanted to look at, he didn't try to sell me a car out of my price range and that was for me and icing on the cake! Thank you KEVEN For all you have done for me now me and my 3 little girls can go on road trips while Danny crusess in his fancy Mustang convertible!

Just finished with the sale of my car to united auto sales. Tom was super helpful from start to finish. He met me at my job to look at the car and gave me a fair price right off the bat, especially considering I wasn't purchasing a new car from them (private sale). The buying process was painless as well, he met me at the bank to make sure the car was paid off properly and the lien was released and gave me a check for the rest. Highly recommend

I just bought my 2012 Honda Accord Coupe and I'm so happy I went through United. This is now my 4th car through the dealership and I've NEVER had a problem with a car that wasn't due to normal wear or excessive driving. I drove from here to NY, CT and DC frequently for family so one car needed a head gasket. That's a really good reputation for a used car dealership. I have never understood why people bad-mouth United Auto Sales as they go out of their way to help people who would normally not be able to get a good reliable car. Unfortunately a high interest rate is often par for the course. I, myself have a higher than I would like rate as the last few years have been a medical financial nightmare and my credit took the hit.
Lee Bartlett is someone who loves his job and his customers. I wanted to make a large down payment and pay off the loan as quick as possible. He understood I didn't want something hanging over me but when I saw the paperwork I finally understood what he and Dave (Financial Wrangler) were saying. Keep the loan for a year to get my credit up and refinance because my rate wasn't that bad.
So not only did I get a fantastic car I got great advice that I know another dealer wouldn't have been that invested in me. Once I was denied by their banks I'm pretty sure it would've been up to me to secure a loan to purchase the care.

Everyone is so personable there and patient. I've been to other dealers with the money I used as a down payment at United that I could've bought a car outright at another dealer and the owner and salesperson we're rude when I asked how they accepted (cash, check, card) a payment. The Honda Accord Coupe has always been on my wish list so it won out. I don't leave reviews unless I feel strongly about a business.

Customer service was ok. Initially waited 15 minutes for my appointment because the dealer was late. The dealer that they set me up with was ok. Not a terrible experience but not the greatest either. Too much back and forth and waiting. They gave me issues with giving me my deposit back for a car that I decided not to purchase. They still have yet to give me said deposit back. Save your time and your money.

United Auto Sales of Utica is amazing. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go! Lee Bartlett was absolutely fantastic. He truly cared about my needs and interests. Tricia was extremely fast helpful when helping our growing family find the right vehicle for what we need and within our financial boundaries the whole process from the day we stopped by to us driving off with our new car only took 3 days I highly recommend stopping by when you think of finding a new vehicle

United Auto Sales was a breath of fresh air when it comes to buying a car. The car we got was clean, the problems were taken care of, and our salesman Brandon was extremely efficient and helpful when it came to addressing our concerns.

I was driving through Utica yesterday when the engine skid plate on my Alfa Romeo came loose and started dragging on the ground. Not a good situation. Luckily I was near United Auto Sales and the guys in the service department were amazing – in 15 minutes the plate was fixed, free of charge! Much appreciated guys!
