Amazing environment with outstanding people that genuinely care and put their hearts into their work! The best decisions I ever made were joining the after school and summer camp programs!

My kids are 5 and 3 and they had no idea what they were doing when they first started a little over a month ago! They quickly are getting caught up to speed and are LOVING IT! They learn a new powerful word each month that teaches them new vocabulary and how to be confident, kind, and mentally strong. I, as a parent leave UMAC Carmel as a happier, more energetic person (just by being a spectator)! Such a positive learning environment for me and my children and I am SO HAPPY we made the decision to join the UMAC Family!

We love it at UMAC Carmel. It has an open, friendly and accepting atmosphere. The instructors are not only very skilled at Tae Kwon Do, but they are excellent at teaching technique. My kids and I have been going there for the past 1 1/2 years and plan on continuing until we obtain our black belts.and maybe beyond.

UMAC is awesome! They not only teach the kids and adults the art but life skills that they will have with them forever! So happy to be a part of the UMAC family!

UMAC Carmel is awesome. My kids have been attending for several years and continue to love it. They have just recently achieved 1st degree black belt and have decided to continue to 2nd degree and work towards becoming instructors. They have also benefitted from the after school program, another great aspect of UMAC Carmel. The atmosphere is very positive and the staff always seems to have a smile and kind word. Several of the young adults that teach there, have also attended several of my kids' Hockey games. So they aren't just teaching The Kwon Do, they are taking an interest in the lives of the kids they are mentoring. It's truly a family oriented, nurturing environment.

I have taken class here for about three years. I have really enjoyed my time at umac. It's a great environment. Since I joined my confidence level has gone up.

UMAC Carmel offers students the opportunity to learn, not only tae kwon do, but also important life skills such as confidence, perseverance and responsibility. The instructors are child-centered in their approach and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Children have fun and accomplish significant goals at UMAC.

I have tried other martial art centers before UMAC. The instructors at UMAC I believe are the best I have seen. They don't just instruct martial arts to the children that attend, they teach respect, discipline, anti bullying, and self defense. The cover a broad spectrum educating their attendees. They offer great family fun nights, movie nights for the kids and camp options. The staff is UNBELIEVABLE and we love each one. You can't even pick a favorite they are all so great.

I have been training here at UMAC for almost 5 years now. I am now a 1st degree black belt and my dad even did the yellow belt challenge! I find all of the instructors and masters super nice! My parents like that things like perseverance, integrity, focus, leadership and more is incorporated into the lessons. I have a great mentor (for bodon belts and higher). I find UMAC a great place for kids to learn Tae Kwon Do!

The UMAC program is solid, wholistic and life changing. The UMAC family is so supportive and welcoming.

My son has been a student here for the last 6 years, and the people here are more than his instructors and masters: they are his family. Tremendous role models and kind people, this place has guided his principles and nurtured his awareness of the world, making him a kinder person who tries to improve his world at every step, a fundamental philosophy here.

And my wife and I feel so much at home here. We have always been welcomed and cared for, with the staff and owners taking an intrinsic interest in our lives. We have loved growing with them and look forward to many more years.

If you are looking for a place where you or your child can fit in, grow to not only be physically strong but healthy too, be confident with themselves and with others, or just have the time of your life, then this is a place waiting for you.

The staff at UMAC is amazing with the students! Our son has learned soo much about himself and has developed such a positive attitude because of all his wonderful instructors! He has made may friends and has soo many role models. He started in the Dragons program and is now a 1st degree black belt. We are very grateful for Master Malella and all the staff at UMAC, they really take the time with each student to help them develop both physically, mentally and emotionally! Our son attends the afterschool program, summer camp, is on the leadership team and trying for the demo team as well. UMAC's instructors and students are our son's family. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

I have been a student at UMAC for a long time and I really like it. The instructors are don’t accept disrespect but they are also fun and work really well with us (kids)

Staff get an A+ for technical knowledge, as well as for helping all children to reach their potential with kindness and caring. Individualized attention is offered when necessary. Professional and personable!

Our kids have been going here for years now, my oldest is a black belt and my youngest just got his green belt! Threw out the years of attending UMAC we have seen many great changes in both of the boys! There staff is excellent and we would absolutely recommend them!

I have had my daughter in their after school program for over a year now, and it is exceptional! I have seen major improvements in not just her strength and skills, but also in her confidence and self esteem. The program is very well run and a life saver for a busy working parent. By the time I pick her up, her lesson is done and usually most of her homework as well, leaving us time for family time in the evenings.
