16I have been coming to this post office for the past couple of weeks and the area for customers have no type of air conditioning, talk about disgusting! Sad!
Horrible experience I had on 6/24/2022 at around 430pm. There was a male of middle Eastern decent that was confused of which line to get on to retrieve a package. The "Clerk: 30"as stated on my receipt, was very rude to this man by mocking his accent. When confronted by what was done she was confused, either pretending or stunted in emotional maturity.
I really despise having to use this postal service site, sometimes convenience can work against you.
The worst experience! I dealt with an employee (colored pixie cut hair) she had the worst attitude and had no patience. I don’t recommend this location!
Everytime a package supposed to delivered to my apartment door ie package. The carrier always put a sticker (Sorry I missed you) all lies because they don't ever attempt to go to any apartment door. This post office has been the same for 20 years with stolen packages to never to responded too. 0 Stars for Bristol Street Post Office
This is the worst post office in America.
I believe the staff at this post office is running a scam of stealing customers packages.
I have zero expectations that my package will get delivered properly the first time. I have to actively avoid using the USPS because of all the headaches they cause. Why can't they deliver the package properly the first time, every single time I have to reschedule the delivery without fail. Every other carrier and last mile delivery can at least read the note I post on my door.
Very slow! The workers are rude, and nice when they want to be.waited 45 mins just to pick up an package, because they was so call short of staff. They wouldn't even say anything unless you ask when you'll be attended. Management, and some of the workers needs to be upgraded!
Use the receipt given for review. The review form their page will go along way affecting them. Poor customer service
Bumped up from 1 to 4 now because now the post office seems to be in working order, there are more staff members and lines are much shorter, even on a Monday, that to me is a great improvement from last year when it was only 1 person doing both intakes and drop offs. Now there are around 3 staff members there and you often don't see lines outside wrap around the block.
This Post office no good from January my W2 form sent to me until now I don't receive it my job tell me them sent it.and my bank send me a card I never got it, so I call back the bank them resend another card thru expedite the bank said I will get it in 3days now it three weeks and I still don't receive it, I can't keep calling the bank for card and I not getting it please send me my important mail, I want files my taxes and I need my bank card now or am going to call 7on your side,
I don’t understand why most of these employees from postal office are rude when you ask a simple question employee Natasha has a nasty attitude where there’s no need for all of that… SMH most of the comments are complaining about the employees something needs to be done
I give this post office building a big fat zero they customer service is terrible they attitudes are horrible. I really don’t understand why this place is still able to operate with they disgusting workers it’s really sad how they treat people when we as the people keep you in business very sad and why don’t corporate don’t fix it ASAP
The employees there are the rudest set of people I have ever come across, they take their rudeness to a whole new level of despicable behavior. I will try to not have any of my package be delivered through usps ever again.either I pick up my package or asked that another carrier deliver my package because what I went through I wish on no one, especially on the holidays. Any other time I can pick up my mother package but all of a sudden I can't. My mother is an elderly lady, How do you expect her to come to pick up a package that's heavy and she has problems breathing? My ID has the same address and you're telling me I can't get it. The lines are extra long now. The staff attitude is horrible. Their phone etiquette is trash. Plz hire new ppl and get more staff. It's always two ppl working and one in the back smh.

THESE WORKERS DONT NEED A JOB VERY RUDE AND DISGUSTING. I BELIEVE A SCAM IS RUNNING WITH MONEY ORDERS AND PACKAGES. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED INCLUDING CLERK # 25. ROBBERS AND THIEVES. 1 HR TO SEE THE SUPERVISOR WHO WAS AFRAID OF THE CLERK. MONEY SPENT FOR MONEY ORDERS POCKETED AND CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED POORLY.
EDIT (on September 2,2021) : I had a wonderful, stress free experience at the Postal Offices thanks to the Postal Workers, so I'm giving this USPS location two more stars. Maybe it was because they weren't dealing with irate customers when I want on that faithful day (only 2 people were waiting for pick-up), but the service was five star worthy. I spent under 15 min at the Postal Office that day! Nevertheless, USPS in all still needs to make some improvements.
EDIT (on March 30th, 2021) : This place has not improved for the better and USPS, in all, still is terrible. If a package is lost, by the fault of USPS, and a claim is filed, NOTHING comes from it expect frustration. However, I did receive a full refund from the seller. Plus, costumers also make the process even more difficult/timely by, for example, skipping the line. I must note that, I have come across some amazing USPS workers (a handful really) who my heart really goes out to because, they are left to deal with distraught costumers but handle it with care. So, FIVE STARS to them!
ORIGINAL: Long lines, incompetent workers (the drivers), and unreliable delivery services. I would give no stars or negative stars if possible. Never knew a postal service would make me hate shopping online because I won't receive the package (s). And don't get me started on calling for answers, because then I have to wait 1 or more hours on the phone just to be told nothing that would actually AID me in the process of getting my package, without having to wait 1+ HOURS on a LONG line to play the game "Will I Get my Package? ". All in all, USPS is terrible.
