United States Postal Service reviews
18Your buisness skills are horrible I called twice and got hung up on. Don’t work if you don’t wanna do your job
They didn’t even leave a note. They didn’t even try to attempt delivery. Just “parcel locker” update on the site with no information. I was panicking and crying afraid my items were dropped the wrong place. They could’ve atleast left details on the parcel locker. This experience sucks. USPS do better. Can’t even find proper information on parcel lockers.
There are many issues with this post office, its responsible for a large area of Brooklyn including parts of east NY, cypress hills and bushwick as well. Another PO is needed within the 11207 zip code to handle the area. Having said that it seems that there's problems regarding regular mail delivery, letters/packages etc to addreses inside their area of delivery. It's pretty lousy that you can't rely on them for regular mail delivery. More attention needs to be placed on this situation, local pols need to be contacted so that consumers can get better service from this facility.
Went to the PO on Saturday, October 8th concerning not receiving mail because front door was changed. PO was contacted that the new box was installed and they (PO) had to install their cylinder. Spoke to clerk and she came back with only two pieces of junk mail. One piece was not mines but found that out once I arrived home. Then spoke to Mr. Washington, Supervisor and he said that he had to speak to the carrier. I asked, “you don’t have a designated place to put mail that’s not being delivered”, no.answer. He responded again, I have to speak to the carrier. He took my name, address, and telephone number and stated that he will call me. I, of course, never received a call. I know what mail I am suppose to receive because I have Informed Delivery, which digitally preview my mail and manage my packages scheduled to arrive. Therefore, I know what mail I am receiving. Something has to be done with this PO and it starts from the top.
It was an amazing but it was in bed. Two enough stars would be more accurate. Took a long time to take care of things that actually could take 2-3 minutes.
For 6 months they have failed to deliver anything to my building. Even small lightless packages they refuse to deliver and do their job.
Update: I was able to get everything sorted and the manager couldn’t have been nicer. Turns out it was all a misunderstanding regarding a master key and I was able to recover all of my packages except for one, which was returned to sender and I was refunded for.
Ghetto place woman are very rude disrespectful non caring people who work in this post office should be ashamed old & tired NO HELP
Said there was no secure location. I was home the entire day waiting. So lazyyyy. They left a note saying “no secure location”Instead of writing no secure location they could have used that time to bring me my package with me there. Highly disappointed.
Always losing packages and have no idea where they are.how do you not know? It's your job/responsibility
Went well, thought id share. Had a package and a passport to get done, things went quick and polite. I went on a monday afternoon.
Based on these reviews I was dreading going to pick up a couple packages I missed the initial delivery on, but my service was great from top to bottom. Someone (the manager, I think) called me back same-day when I emailed a service request about the redelivery I scheduled and explained I had postage due on one of the packages so I'd need to come in to get it. I went in this morning around 10: 30 AM, which wasn't very busy at all, and dealt with several members of the staff who were all friendly and professional with me and with the other customers from what I saw. Maybe the trick is to go before lunch.
The clerks are very rude, packages are never delivered and are never found. They need to investigate that post office. My packages are always lost.
This usps thrives to make people’s lives harder everything i come here it’s always an issue nothing
Mail boxes broke so was informed on Thursday I had to pick up from post office get there n was told I have lots of mail but can't be picked up only Wednesday n Saturday go early 8am Saturday n eas told I have no mail mind u I have informed delivery emails saying I have mail since a whole week passed n no mail
Then I was told they haven't sorted the mail out smh disgusting
The delivery people are very rude and then when you call to find out they're just ruder and do nothing 3 packages in one day said it was delivered andelivered and not 1 can be found by me but I don't know what they're doing with people's packages they're probably taking in I don't know this is crazy nice this Post Office needs to be washed out out
So far my packages are coming and everything is good. It's a tuff job and people complain but don't know how it is.
Rude and unprofessional.delivered my package at the WRONG address.no way to claim my package.
