Idk who works here on weekends but there is this one lady there that is super nice and polite! Makes the customer service experience that much better at a stereotypical US postal office.

Very rude. I drove 2 hours here to get the passport renew and because of the traffic I am late 15 minutes, the lady just canceled my appointment!?

Very evil organization. I buy postage via PayPal. If there’s underpaid postage fee PayPal will always charge me automatically. In this case I only need to pay an extra $6 for a 5lbs ground delivery. This USPS blackmailed me and asked me to pay an extra $25 upon pickup, otherwise they’ll return the package to sender. Pure greedy and evil.

The worst post office ever! They are loosing certified mails! They only what they can say 'we don't have it' and can't explain where the mail is, if sent back to sender or dissapeared.

This postal office is always busy no matter what time you go in. There is always a long line, sometimes line outside as well. There is always one or two staff working at the counter out of four counters. Currently there is a renovation going on at the front of the building, maybe expanding the small lobby inside. Depends on what day you go in, some of the staff are friendly or not.
This location needs more staff to handle the counters and better training to help the customers better.

I have been waiting on line for 20 minutes. The post office worker went in the back and still didn’t come back. Post office employees passing by and don’t respond when customers ask what happened. Another customer just seen all the post office employees outside of the building in the back talking and laughing. Very unprofessional to ignore customers like that.

Terrible service. I was shouting if anyone was there I could come by later if you're busy and was ignored for ten minutes. After someone told me they weren't open and as I was leaving I heard them talking right across the wall. You hired some really terrible service I guess I can't blame you since it's the pandemic

Not even half star. Very bad experience with this location, someone stole my shipment when it was saying in the tracking page that my shipment at this location, and they didn’t refund me anything even for the insurance. I sent my shipment from Cedar falls, Iowa since May 18 /2020 and it was delayed over 2 months because of Covid 19 << that’s what they said. When I did the insurance claim they denied it 3 times because it was after 60 days since I sent the shipment! The reason why I didn’t do the Insurance claim is because every day literally every day I call USPS they say it’s delayed because of COVID 19 and then they denied it. I lost around $1500 in this box. It’s not a little loose. No one care about customers NO ONE.

Are your staff working hard? They always ship things to the wrong place and send them back again, resulting in a delay of a few days. It's very speechless. The speed is slow, and it's always in the wrong place.

Package was out for delivery in the morning. By 4pm it was deemed undeliverable and I received a delivery exception saying it was being returned to sender. The package was then delivered to me the next day, damaged, and with property stolen. I say stolen because the items were removed from drawstring bags with the bags left behind. Thanks a lot!

The staff at this office is very efficient. I have not had any problems with them! I go there, at least twice in a week with my mailed.

Wish I can give zero stars. When the mail arrives and is not stolen, many of times it has the wrong address on it. Also, several times packages that clearly stated do not bend on it have been bent and damaged.

The mailman dropped my new passport to wrong address, made me can not travel next two day, and that location supervisor did not apologize for they fault

Talked to customer service around 2: 30 on December 6th and the man who helped me was extremely helpful. He helped me track down my package and gave me the appropriate phone numbers for track it down.
