United States Postal Service, Henrietta NY

My review is for this USPS location only. I stopped in here to this post office to mail a small package to a friend. The lady at the window (I forgot her name), was incredibly nice and helpful. Facility its self is clean and bright, mailing supplies are nicely displayed, PO Box area is also nice. I will return in the future even though the location is on the opposite side of town where I live.

The people in the building are great but my mailman only ever throws my packages at my house.he drives all the way up my driveway, right in front of my security camera, leaks out the window and lobs my packages at the garage.you can clearly hear it hit the floor or garage door and fumble around.he has a coat.the garage is two steps from where he drives up. I don't understand why he can't properly place my package on the ground.it's not like he has to walk around on an icy path.there wasn't even any snow on the ground.i don't understand the problem.if this is normal i rather just make other arrangements

Absolutely awful. My package was allegedly “delivered to my mailbox” - except that it wasn’t. It was delivered to another street according to the person who answered the telephone. Now they will not answer their phone and my package has not been retrieved and delivered to me as promised. Additionally, we are always having to swap mail with our neighbors because the carrier can’t seem to get things in the correct box. Extremely frustrating and there seems to be no accountability.

My delivered package from Amazon didn’t arrive here in my residence at RVA then I am non-driver and home-bounded as the deaf senior resident over 65 age. And then I cannot drive nor having a driver’s license, there is no public transportation in the area of Henrietta, N. Y— The US Post Service is in mess on slower “snail” pace.

Staff at this specific location are very kind and helpful, unlike Jefferson road

Operator first hung up on me before I even answered the phone and then when I called back he hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking a question
