United States Postal Service, Lawrence NY

My favorite PO. The employees are very nice, friendly and courteous. I never leave there annoyed. Parking is an issue though. There aren't many spots.

The clerks here are so sweet. I was on line less than 5 minutes and the politeness and knowledge was exceptional. The lobby should be updated.

Usually I hate the idea of going to USPS because of unwelcoming experience but this was different. Very friendly staff, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you.

I have been into many USPS locations all throughout NYC - this was my first pleasant experience at a USPS location thanks to the lovely staff that helped me with my passport. There was a nice lady and man that assisted me and exceeded professionalism standards and made sure that the process would run smoothly. I wish I got their names but I will definitely return to this USPS and highly recommend this place.

Sent a package to be held at this post office but they sent it to another address anyway, when I called to find out information the Dellivery Supervisor was rude, told me to “get serious and calm down” then refused to help me and just kept telling me to calm down. Extremely rude and unprofessional, AND they lost my package now

Love the front office support but the old African American lady in the back is very annoying to deal with, wish I knew who I could file a complaint with about her:/

Very nice and friendly staff! Rare for a city area post office. A few career employees recently recently retired so we will need to see If that affects anything.

The Postmaster, Carlene Findlay is so professional and helpful! She assisted me with some questions I had about my package and ensured me she’ll check and keep me updated. Awesome Staff!

Ivan was very helpful! I had a package that needed to be mailed to my sister in FL by her birthday. He was very knowledgeable and helpful because he immediately knew the cheapest and fastest method for the package to be delivered in time. Thank you.
