The black lady staff is very inpatient and rude. Since this is my first time using label to return, I am showing the QR code but the seller’s label doesn’t cover for the postage. I am trying to inquire about the options if I can buy another box and ship with 1st class mail since it’s just rocks. The staff keeps saying you are just making everything so complicated and worse…I understand it’s busy in the post office and there are other people waiting, but keeping sending blocks to someone who is not familiar with the system might be just inappropriate.

The Korean lady with a glasses needs to be fired immediately please. She does not listen and interrupts you all the time. Said to me the other day “don’t ask stupid questions” which ruined my day seriously. She needs to be fired for abusing customers. We pay and deserve a good customer service.

The worst post office ever, do not go here. Worst customer service. The Asian lady SHOULD NOT be employed here. I’ve never had someone be so rude and nasty to me for no reason at all. She should be fired.

Wow look at all the reviews thatcomplain about the Korean lady. I remember her years ago being very rude to me. I can't believe she still works there. She is just not happy with her life. I can't imagine having her as a wife or a mother. 그 아줌마 조금 불쌍해요. 얼마나 집에서 사랑을 못받으면 사람들한태 그렇게 정 떨어지게 말하는지.

Arranged for pickup, package wasn’t picked up and when I called was told it wouldn't be picked up because it’s not a priority. I understand during these times things are tough, I understand, but at the same time I now have to leave my house and risk my health because they told me I wasn’t a priority and even though my mail carrier delivers mail that my package will not be picked up. What’s the point of the service offered then? Then the woman on the phone just hung up on me. Disgusting.

It's not a bad place, service is okay. Just want to say that Sunjoo is amazing, shes sweet, and kind, keeps a smile and works fast. The other Asian woman is horrid, disgustingly rude, not customer friendly, she needs to go, thank you.

Pick up your phones! I am calling on saturday February 29 2020 at 10 am. Ive been calling since opening. STILL NO ANSWER!

Two days in a row the service was horrible. First day, I had a return to do. The lady flipped out, and straight up told me she's not going to take it.
The second day, she takes my package. I ask for a receipt and she tells me no, and asks if I want to take a photo of it. Worst customer service ever.
I had to walk away for fear of ripping into her and causing a scene. Hate this place.

Absolutely no help and lack of courtesy. I asked nicely regarding mailing out an international package. The korean lady just brushed me off after I asked her if I filled out the international address correctly on the customs form.

The Chinese lady wearing glasses in service standing by the window must be fired. I wonder how she found herself in this place. NotShe really doesn't know how to serve customers. She is frowning at everyone with vulgar language, She is no better than dead corpses. Because dead ones don't offend people. She is like super boss in charge, uh, the tone she utters is more like you are POWs, prisoners of the war, for her information, i should say. Be cautious about her. Keep safe!

Awesome service, never had a problem. Most people are more willing to complain here than to express good feelings.

I'll give negative if I could. They lost my package and declined to help.

I have been waiting on a package for 8 days. My tracking number shows it's just sitting in the building.
