Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service - left there in tears. Rude is one thing, but mean is another. Protect your sanity and go to UPS or fedex.

I went to pick up a package that the sender required signature for, and a woman working there was incredibly rude to me and refused to give me the package. I will be inquiring with the supervisors and managers at this location. Hopefully she won’t be dealing with anyones mail anymore

Went to get a passport. The lady is extremely rude.
After yelling at me to leave, she started yelling at all the people waiting in line to hurry up.
