19You all should be happy because i am giving you 1, which you don’t deserve. I went there for my passport and for the pic the lady at the counter seems very rude today. I don’t wanna say your name but if you know who you are then you should see this. She was absolutely rude because we took time for filling forms. We first told her to print our forms that i had in my phone completed but she said “no no you can’t do it. ” I said ok, then it was only my dad and i who was doing for my brother and me and she said you don’t have enough information you need a id so my mom went again got it again and we made mistakes but we did again, and then she got angry because we took over time. She said it’s until 12: 30 i am not doing until 12: 30. Then we were in line before 12: 30, she was like “no no it’s too late” and now we can’t it gotta take another customers and come back again. We payed $25 and she’s first of all being rude and showing her attitude and then she’s talking over me was the biggest red flag! And i was talking to her nicely and then she didn’t like it! She doesn’t deserve this job because you are not human and don’t know know how to treats other! Do better
Horrible service, don’t recommend this post office, horrible workers, such as lily who doesn’t deserve to work in customer service
All I can say is that long story short, it was a bad time, long story short I survived luckily. This lady was very rude to me and my family when we went. I can say that one of the workers, is a horrible person and has an attitude, old lady that needs to retire. Never come this store again
If you prepared your packaging, did your processing and have a qr code, it expedites the process.the manager came out, greeted everyone, showed me where to get my label and such, and saved Me time waiting on line.kudos to him for his assistance!
This is horrible service, I keep getting my neighbors mail! These people have no cares in the world.
My priority mail, which was signed by the government, had been marked as delivered in the system but hadn't reached me. To inquire about the situation, I went to the post office and spoke with Supervisor Britney. She took my information and phone number, assuring me she would get back to me. At 5: 30 in the evening, my doorbell rang, and there was Supervisor Britney holding my priority envelope. She had come after her shift, checked all nearby mailboxes, found my envelope misplaced in another mailbox by the mail carrier, and brought it to me. Honestly, I wasn't expecting such incredible help. It was a huge surprise for me. I am grateful to her. She didn't hesitate, went out in the field, and searched for my mail. Thank you very much, Britney.
We did our passports here and was done in about 40 minutes for about 5 applicants. It was quick and efficient. We had everything ready and photocopied all docs so that helped move things along quicker.
I went here to get passport done for my 3 kids. The lady who did my son said we didn’t have enough info and it’s ok, we made appt and came back. When we came back, we were still missing info and made a 3rd appt. We ended up expediting the passport because of her lack of knowledge. I paid extra money for someone else’s stupidity. Then we receive a mail from the passport department that we provided an incorrect amount for passport fees. Now we have to send them a check and it’s going to take an extra week or two. I have a bad feeling, we’re gonna need to expedite this passport at some time if we don’t get it back. Poor service, considering that we come to you for help to renew passports. I might as well do it myself! Ugh
Spent 40 min waiting in line, only 1 window open for regular mails, the other one for passport. Then the computer down, have to wait more time for the passport window!
Can't take it any more and went to Lynbrook USPS - 7 min drive + no wait 1/2 min done.
Will visit Lynbrook USPS from now on.
If I could give this post office no stars I would. Just spent one hour on line to mail one item. Three windows open, two doing passports. When the person was done doing the fingerprints he took his draw and left with 20 plus people on the line. Its all the time. I don't understand why this post office is like this. What's it gonna take for there to be a change? Hire people, the post office knows how to raise the rates constantly. Have a heart for the poor customer that's lives near this post office.
This is ridiculous! There is one person working at the peak time of the day. If it’s staffing issues push it up. Makes no since the one on Elmont is empty and this one is always packed with one maybe two ppl behind the counter. Very disappointing
Total incompetency when requesting to hold the mail.
Or the mail carriers unable to handle the simple task or the Post office personnel is in complete denial. Or simple stupidity and don't
care attitude from both parties. USA 21 century welcome.

Waiting for a representative is incredibly long.
They need to manage this place better.
This is horrible come to this post office only two people at the window and waiting for 1 hours to get a certified letter absolutely not acceptable at all.
Multiple visits here. Never positive. Long lines. Not enough staff. Not a good representation for Valley Stream. And this is coming from someone who grew up in the city.
Quick and efficient. Staff are courteous and friendly. Even though there was a line, Inwws able to do everything I needed to do at one of the walk up self-service machines.
Slowwwwww. Way under staffed. I always see the one woman with glasses here. She is always working. I feel bad for her. Totally overworked. I guess they are simply overwhelmed.
They’re actually the slowest on earth, they do passports while the other customers just want to ship their packages. Who cares about attitude just do things quicker

Christmas my husband and i dropped a gift box in the post office Shute by mistake, this box was suppose to be given to a women as a gift, this wasn't suppose to mailed.
