Completely lazy people who don’t know how to their jobs they’ve held up my packages and I live in Carthage and my mail goes to Deer River and both are only an hour and a half drive from Syracuse this is why I say that the USPS should be banned from delivering packages and UPS and FedEx should be the package delivering service
