3Awful customer service, workers will ridicule you for making any slight mistake. “You should know that” or “okay no answer” are not the words I was thinking I’d hear after I was asked to verify the address. So glad this is not my home post office anymore.
Awful customer service, I called about a ticket I opened online and got hung up on after I began speaking, then tried calling back several times and they wouldn't pick up, I tried again the day after and got hung up on again once and then they didn't pick up. Whoever they have picking up the phone clearly hates their job and needs to find a new one.
This place is great! Customer service is awesome and staff is friendly and professional. I moved away but I am grateful for their hard work and caring about the customers.
