United States Postal Service, Tarrytown NY

This review is about a clerk, Camille, at the Tarrytown NY post office. She clearly hates her job. She is angry, unprofessional and condescending.

This has happened before, and each time my request was basic. "Can I have the receipt? " She replies "Wait! " with a scowl. The most recent time was horrendous. We called out politely and patiently for a few minutes. Then, she came out from the back to release anger big time

Camille's tone and words are that of an unruly teenager, the worst. No propriety, no desire to help customers. She can't be fired, federal employee. Keep her away from customers

I left for another post office and filed a complaint with the Office of the Inspector General

This post office is ridiculous. When you call they never pick up their phone. On top of that I had my diploma being mailed to me. The envelope had in big bold letters do not bend and what did the carriers of tarrytown post office do bend it. Never pay attention. Need to hire new people that pay attention to directions

Came up to the lady, and little she cared of what i was talking about for my package, more focused on her phone than the customer…worst service

Sometimes can get very busy! I would suggest being prepared which is not my strongest quality. However, the Customer reps are Super Helpful.
