United States Postal Service reviews
7The postal workers here are always friendly and helpful. My local mail carrier in this same town is awesome and very personable. I have never had an issue/problem with my mail and I’ve lived here more than 30 years!
Big props to Rick, Steve and the lady on the phone whose name we wish we had gotten for helping us track down an important package that the sender had addressed incorrectly.
The operator on the phone was Not helpful with my inquiries about a forwarded package I ordered on eBay.
I had a very scary experience at this tulip ave station, although i have a been a commercial customer for so many years dropping my packages at in this location at the doc, this one time i needed to borrow a tape for one of the package that burst open since no one was out i walked in and asked one of the employees who was very nice and offered help and gave me a tape to borrow, as i was out fixing my package i was ambushed with rudeness and i’ll mannered lady manager and was asked to leave the premises immediately with any regard to the fact that i am a senior citizen and a business customer at the location for over 10 years the exited young lady was about to throw a punch hasn’t been for witnesses …
Mychael made my first time applying for a passport super easy & quick. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes.the customer service was top notch.it’s not the closest post office to me but i would definitely much rather come here
I tried to get a change of address form for my non-technical elderly parents today but not only did they not have any forms but insisted I pay for this free service by doing it online. In principle I don’t like paying for a service that is provided at no charge. Postal workers chimed in that it’s only a $1.10. Uh huh! But fact is that over 27 million people move in the USA each year so giving the poorly run government postal service an extra unrestricted $27 million dollars for not doing their jobs is not something I want to contribute to while disregarding their lack of good customer service.
