7I go to the post office at least once a month to send packages to my daughter and granddaughter in Indiana. I've never had to wait in line for very long. Employees are friendly, professional and quick at getting you taken care of.
Tony helped me and some friends get photos taken and get our paperwork in order to renew our passports (make an appointment if you want to do this!). Really appreciate that he checked our forms etc to make sure everything was filled out properly.
New 'three day parcel locker' policy at my complex (VIllage Circle South) is uncompromisingly bad. As someone who lives very far from the box, and someone who has mobility issues (Lost one of my toes last year), this is bullcrap. If there isn't enough space for a one week grace period.do something about it!
Terrible customer support system: the number USPS gave me on this Ithaca office doesn’t work because no one ever picks up.
Best experience I've ever had at a post office. Mark and Samantha especially were extremely kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to try to help locate a late priority mail package that was very important to us.
Staff are consistently friendly and helpful, always a good customer service experience.
Decent. But definitely improvable place.
1. Tape cost 5 dollars. You MUST buy tape if your package is not taped. They do not supply anything.
2. I used priority but was still charged for my boxes. I don’t understand what happened.
3. Staff was not rude. But definitely not so polite either.
4. Ok place. Met my expectation for a government agency.
