United States Postal Service reviews
37If this post office doesn't serve your address, NEVER go here. See all previous reviews which are spot on.
Where to begin.the staff at this location are rude and I feel like they could care less. They work so slow. Half the time they are having a side conversation with other people from the back and not being attentive to the customer in front of them. There is no reason for anyone to spend 1-2 hours at the Post Office, unacceptable! Either re-train your staff on proper customer service skills or fire and hire people that would go above and beyond because they actually love their job. Every time I come to this location it is like this. It’s crazy especially during these times you would expect the staff to be more attentive and get people in/out as quickly as possible.
Long lines.the worst usps I ever visited! There's is a "lady" that always is in bad mood! Her service is horrible! She just don't listen anything that you can say. Poshmark is allowed to use all the boxes from USPS and she refuses to accept it a one package in flat rate box, she doesn't know the meaning of be kind. The manager of this post office have to give instructions to their employees.
I shouldn’t have to dread my experience at a post office. But no matter how many times I visit this place I get treated with such a rude and condescending attitude. Especially from this one lady. No matter if there’s peace on earth this one clerk manages to still be bitter. The customer service is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Just a cesspool of miserable people. Do better
The incompetent and emotionally distressed representative I spoke to was extremely rude. Called to follow up on a package and she said "Can't hear you" and then hung up. I called later to follow up again and she placed me on a long hold.
One of the WORSE experiences ever with "customer service". If you don't like your job then quit! Don't take out your anger, insecurities, self-loathing and frustrations on others.
I wish you well!
If your package is supposed to arrive on Saturday or Sunday, they will make sure to delay it until Monday or will claim the attempted to deliver it so you go and pick it up.
Dealing with this location is one of the most frustrating things you will do in your life. Only LaserShip can match this level of disappointment and dissatisfaction.
I loved the spanish lady that was doing passports yesterday very patient informative and helpful! She is efficient with her work and gets everyone out asap!
What post office doesn't suck? This one though, is a complete nightmare. They lose your packages, take forever chit chatting in the back. Rude workers.
Worst post office. I've gotten to the point that I just let them send my package back to the shipper instead of picking it up.
After two attempts to pick up a package (25 people in line and one employer working), I decided to wake up early to get there when it opened at 8am. There were 10 people waiting outside to get in.
I had the worst service in this post office.the workers are TERRIBLE. PLZ WHOEVER READS THIS DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY ARE THE WORST
The only reason I use this office is because its the closest one to me. Its like a welfare office from the 1970's. All it needs is profuse graffiti and a burning car in front.
One window open and a line of 20 plus people, clearly customers’ time is not a priority here. Bring a book to read or something because coming here is like coming to the DMV, you’re gonna be waiting.
I’ve never encountered a group of idiots who think working at the post office gives them some type of entitlement. Don’t ever go here. There’s so much more profanity and racist ridden stuff I’d write but it’ll just get taken down. Nuff said.
The most terrible post office experience ever, I've been standing here for about 15 minutes now. There is currently one agent and I assume another has been looking for a package since ive arrived, I need to begin getting ready for work. I recommend you guys get it together and actually have 3-5 windows filled!
There is always only one or 2 people in the windows. Working etreamly slow when when you do finally make it to the window. After a minimum wait of an 40 min. They are never helpful! Very rude and nasty i almost want to move out of the area to not have to deal with this place.
I honestly cant imagine a gov't building that is managed and operated worse than this place. Shut it down already.
The service is horrible the passport workers are disrespectful and don't give enough information worst place ever I wish I could give it no stars.
I’m at the post office at the moment and the lady at the window is rude with smart comments, she is extremely slow! I’ve been here for almost an hour, and there’s only 2 people in front of me. They really need to change the staff in this place. I’ve read almost all the comments on this place and that’s the reason why I did not want to come here but the fact that it’s near me, I gave in. But next time I know not to even bother. It’s been YEARS where I see comments like that and it’s just insane on how this place is still the same exact way. I can’t belive the company isn’t doing anything to make this place more presentable, welcoming and change their staff! If I could give this place no starts, trust me I would. This is insane, they need to start to make a change as soon as possible people this can’t be possible.
One of the worst post offices I've ever been to. Employees never at windows, long lines. Treat customers with disrespect. Will not return.
Long line and not enough workers to assist customers. Poor delivery service will leave mail on the steps instead of placing in the mailbox. This place needs an overhaul if not it needs to close down. This saddens me because it use to be a great postal office, once upon a time. Now it is a disgrace. I will rather get off the train at 34 Street on my way home from work.
