23PLEASE CHECK CAUSE THEY ARE STEALING THE PACKAGE AND SAYING THEY LEFT IT ON THE MAILBOX. The Worst post office! I loss two packages on the same order. I hate when I see stores uses this post office to ship because they are very IRRESPONSIBLE and they never go to your floor to deliver they just leave the orange paper downstairs. Can someone read these complaints please and do something people are losing money. WE AS A COMMUNITY NEED TO MAKE A PETITION TO FIND A SOLUTION OR REPORT IT TO A NEW CHANNEL.
My experience couldn't be worst with this place. It left me more frustrated than the wait over the 2 weeks with saying "that means your package can be delivered anytime now". The girl didn't even listen my problem with redelivery and deliveries in general. I never got the notification about the status of my package or possibility to come and pick it up to help the post office workers. On website is not even possible to reschedule my package. No response through email about the one that supposed to be "delivered". Which is simply lost. I was left without any information. This place need more responsible people, not lazy or pretenders doing the job. Just to mention I am waiting for at least 2 packages from Jun 10th till today: Jun 28th.
This post office us the worst. We still have tobwait outside to get packages. No auto machines to buy stamps, no senior line. The girl (who has no postal uniform) may or may not come back after taking your slip. They almost never answer the phone
Waiting outside in the heat for an hour to pick up my package. Literally in a crowd of people just wanting to receive and send mail.
They do not deliver the mail on time they're always losing mail they never leave any notices on the mailbox if they've attempted to deliver they're always sending the mail back
Even before the pandemic there was a line outside and a line inside you were lucky if you got to the front at least within an hour. If you ask for the supervisor Never there supervisor has a day off supervisors out to lunch and then when you finally get to speak to the supervisor they are extremely rude.
Had a great experience…no line in and out within 15 minutes. Purchased a USPS box to ship out on spot with no issues and received status on international package. Thank you!
This is the worst most dishonest post office I have ever dealt with. I purchased an item during covid that required a signature. They claimed it was delivered, but It was never delivered (I have a camera on my door so I know this is the case). It took me weeks to contact someone at USPS about it, at which point they told me there was no signature because they were not taking them at the time due to covid, and the person who sent it from the origin country had to open up a request from their post office. The seller opened a request from the origin country and after months was sent a fake signature by USPS (that is certainly not my own) as proof that they delivered it. This is shady and dishonest business practice, and puts me out a significant amount of money.
Worst post office in all of Brooklyn. Rude and careless staff, hour long lines since they keep you waiting forever, and every time I’ve come here they’ve shown time and time again they have no idea how to do their job.
Worst post office ever. They literally don't deliver, don't leave notices, always have an attitude, and ALWAYS STEAL PACKAGES. The package carrier literally signed for MY package and stole it. Im still awaiting for a response. There really needs to be a class action lawsuit or something for all this theft/mismanagement.
It hurts to write this, but this post office was the worst experience I have had with the USPS. Line was around the corner (took over an hour to get to the door), another 20 minutes inside, only to be told they made a mistake and that my package is not available to be picked up at this location.
Was there today and was actually told by the supervisor and quote. " yell people don't listen". Like I was being categorized. I feel really degraded.
No one picks up the phone at this post office, or they pick up and immediately hang up on you without a word. I once talked to someone there (after standing in line for 45 minutes) about several missing packages which had been sent back. I never received a slip and the person behind the counter told me always to come in for packages because I shouldn't rely on the delivery person! I schedule pickups at my building. Sometimes the packages get picked up and sometimes they don't and I have to keep rescheduling the pickup date. Once I received a confirmation that my package had been picked up, but it was still in the lobby the next time I went downstairs. This is a highly dysfunctional place, and I think probably horribly understaffed. Several times I've seen another customer break down crying in despair (really not exaggerating). Give them more funding, replace upper management, and hire some more folks to get stuff done!
I believe this post office steals packages. I’ve had numerous packages disappear (at least 4) and two of them weren’t ever returned to the sender which made it a huge issue since they didn’t want to resend it to me. I don’t get my packages yet both my roommates do? It makes no sense. They also NEVER leave an attempt of delivery paper because they never really attempt to deliver.
Worst usps I ever been too. The employee treat you like they are being obligated to do their job, I really wish my mail was coming from a different location.
This office is the worse no employs lines goes to outside the employs r rude n this happens all the.please take this matter under consideration.
2+ hours in line still havent been helped.line was out the door and only one person was working. The one worker would take 10-15 min breaks between each customer.
I really wish i could give this post office minus stars. This place is horrible. They never have enough employees. They are slow as hell. They can never find your packages when you come to get them. Their line is alwayssssssss lobg as hell. I hate coming to this post office. If you can avoid coming here avoid the headache. On line now for over an hour.

There's ALWAYS A LINE, and never enough attendants. If you have that much business, why not hire more people? It took an hour and a half to PICK UP a package that last THREE times I've been here. I always try and use another delivery service, if I'm getting a package. EVERYTIME I get a USPS delivery I have to pick it up myself because unless my package fits in my mailbox, they just don't deliver it. The attendants themselves are professional and hard working tho
Somehow my packages are always getting damaged between this office and my house and have to be sent back. When you go there in person they treat you like a criminal. The block this location is located on has shady characters. That's not their fault, but you should know before you try to go there.
