United was responsive, thorough and great to deal with during a flood in our basement. Victor, Walter and their team came out on a Saturday night to begin the mitigation process. They communicated throughout the entire project and got the job done right away. Highly recommend!

I suspected mold in my home so I hired a different company for inspection. It was going to cost me thousands of dollars just for the results of their inspection. I called United Water Restoration for a 2nd opinion. Ohhh how I wish I called them 1st. I spoke with Caitlin on the phone. She is very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. She immediately scheduled Nick to come to my home for a free inspection. Nick spent a lot of time reviewing all the areas the other company sampled. He takes great interest in the work he does and kindly explained everything to me. I only need a small amount of remediation and I know I will be in great hands with this company.

I called United to gain some information about a persistent sewer odor in our laundry room. I spoke with Nick Panebianco who was quite helpful in providing me with some useful tips on the situation. Mr. Panebianco was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will definitely keep United in mind for anything further that might occur!

Had a leak in my apartment ceiling and United came that night to remove the gross sheet rock and found mold that they cleaned and protected my stuff in the process. Very professional! And they fixed the hole quickly after plumber repair. I’m so impressed!

United Water made a very overwhelming and stressful situation so much better! When we had a flood in our basement I called and spoke with Phil immediately; he was so kind and assured me everything would be OK. The next morning, first thing, I had a team here removing the water and drying out the basement to assess for damages. Wonderful service and I was very happy with the water restoration work completed.
