Wish I could give 0 stars. Take this as your warning. Worst doctors office you could take yourself or your children to. They cancel appointment without contacting you. Horrible front desk people who hate their jobs. Be advised don't go here.

Best doctors I ever had, great staff. They really care. My doctor goes really goes the extra mile and feels like a friend, a joy seeing her every time

Every time I call to get my kids in after they've been sick there answer is send them to the ER. I am tired of trying to get in to them and never can. I am currently looking for a new pediatrician. I would recommend not going here at all. Find somewhere else that actually cares about the well being of your families.

I haven't been with Dr Renna very long, but I am pleased with the care she has provided me. However, does anyone ever return phone calls? They called me Monday, left no message. I tried calling back, to find out why they called and I also had several questions for Dr Renna. No call Monday. I tried again today. No call today. This is ridiculous! I will have to find another doctor if this is their normal. I have legitament concerns that need to be addressed.

I have a doctor and every time I go in she is all of a sudden sick or in vacation. I have Seizures I have not seen my doctor because she is sick all of a sudden or vacation every single time I go in. I can’t keep my waiting for her and don’t call to tell me that

This place really took a turn for the worse. Doctor doesn't give consistent managed care and receptionists give unsolicited opinions to belittle you.

I left my previous primary care physician, due to lack of medical help, and started going to Universal Primary Care. At first, I thought Dr. Kaur was a good doctor. I saw her in Feb.and complained of lower right abdominal pain. She said to just watch it for another month and see if there were any changes. I went back in a month, with increased pain, in the area. She said she would order an ultrasound. A week later, I still hadn't heard anything about the scheduling of the test. So, I called. It took more than 24 hours for them to return my call. They tell me that the doctor ordered the test as "high priority" but scheduled the test another 4 days out. So, 1.5 weeks after seeing the doctor, I get scheduled for the ultrasound, which was supposedly" high priority ". Well, needless to say, the ultrasound was done up under my ribs cage, nowhere near where the pain is. So, another week goes by and no results, so I call them, again to be told everything is fine. Of course it is, in the area they scanned, but my pain is worsening daily, in my lower abdomen. So, after fighting with them for another 2 weeks, I finally get someone to give me an appointment with another physician, as mine was out of the office the entire month of April. So, Dr. Pancio says she will order a complete abdominal CT Scan. I get a phone call 5 days later with an appointment for the CT Scan. Another month away! I've been dealing with this pain for over 3 months. I will not go to the ER (I have my reasons). So, by the time I get to have the CT Scan, it will be over 4 months of being in pain, in my abdomen, with no answers! I just hope it isn't something serious. Time to look for another doctor. What happened to good medical care?

Went to get what I thought was a lump checked out, asked if I wanted a pap. I said sure because I was over due, said I would have results back in a week or so. (it's now been over a month and still don't have them back). They were supposed to call me in a prescription on the day I went, called on a Monday and my pharmacy still didn't have anything. Finally called the doctor's office again and they called in the script, to a different pharmacy then I asked for. I was skeptical about going with reading the reviews but was referred there.

Waited 25 minutes for a lactation consultation with our newborn screaming in the waiting room. We were told several times that consultant would be out but finally gave up and left. Very discouraging.
