Ancient house. Broken drawers in the kitchen. Poor lights. The wall is old. The recycle bin is full of dirt. They do not provide any curtains. The lights provided by them have constant white noise. The washroom architect is terrible. For an air conditioner, you need to buy your own and then pay them $100 for summer.
It’s been almost two months encountered a GAS leak
They have a problem with windows; even if all windows are closed, insects come in.
Once, we found 10-20 yellow jacket bees in our apartment after two days of vacation.
Not worth the rent!

Lived here for half an year. Nice and adjacent place to UR. One of the top choices for students at UR.
