University Pediatric Dentistry reviews
7They always are so kind & helpful. They make my kids feel comfortable.
My boys love it here everyone is so friendly! I call and they have been so good with calling back and reschedule if needed. I did email one time and got a response the next day!
Staff was so friendly and did so well with my 2 year old. No tears, he sat still, we were in and out in 30 mins. 100%reccomend
It’s literally impossible to get an appointment most of the time. There’s NO person answering the phone, they have an answering machine, which they may or may not call you back. Its been like this for YEARS. It’s a pediatric dentist, not an exclusive club. Insane.
Made 2 appointments for our boys at 1: 50. Checked in online from the parking lot at 1: 50. Received a call that we were late and can not be seen. They claim the appointment was at 1: 40. Asked if they could keep one of the appointments and they said no. I'll leave me opinions out but wanted to share the facts to hopefully help this from happening to another family who pulls their kids out of school to go to an appointment only for the appointment not to be honored. One star review from an upset father who will be looking for a new dentist for our 4 children.
The dental hygienist ‘Ruthie’ at the East Robinson location has to be the rudest person in the l field I’ve ever encountered. She asked me to explain my child’s scenario (this is not our normal office, we had an emergency visit) and before I was finished she sighed, got up and walked out. She returned with the Dentist, who was pleasant. I had to explain the scenario all over again to the Dentist while she sat there, silent with a disgusted look on her face, obviously waiting for her work day to be over.
She snapped at me over a question regarding scheduling and spoke to the Dentist about me as if I wasn’t in the room. (“It’s up to her, it doesn’t matter to me”, etc.) I was shocked. The Dentist looked uncomfortable with her behavior and spoke directly to me about stuff the hygienist should have handled, to avoid having me speak with the her/ to calm the issue. Not a good look, especially with a patient whose appointment was cancelled twice in the last few months, to correct an issue that our regular office missed and was now serious and stressful.
