They have cameras on sale, when I went there and bought them they
told me there were not and also how I found out about the discount.
When I told them at their side on the net, they acted like I was crazy, Finally
there was a $52.00 overcharge even when they promised to give me credit.
However I went back few days later and they gave me a store credit not

Small company, but products are available for resalers. Weak technical support during the lunch hours. Need people to take ownership of calls coming in, not explain the tech calls are bouncing into sales dept. Or, it rings until you hang up.

I had to give 1 star today because they mess up on my order and when I went back there today. My usual sales rep, Jack had his day off so another sales rep named Steven Wu helped me and he repeatedly push the blame on me when clearly it was their mistake because they recently hired a new sales lady name Joselyn who was confuse with her job. I usually like coming here to pick up my orders but the service that was provided by Steven today was absolutely wrong. He should be be trained and fix his customer service attitude.
