UNO Pizzeria & Grill, New Hartford NY

Server was great. Food was eh. The worst was the men's bathroom. Most unclean I have seen. It was so dirty and run down. Service was the only thing that saved the meal. Probably not going back.

Took my granddaughter for her birthday. She loves the make your own pizza and make your own sundae. Service and food were both great. I got to enjoy the deep dish individual pizza.

Ended up at Unos after another restaurant had an hour 1/2 wait. Right from the start it felt understaffed despite not much traffic. Ordered the steak and regretted it immediately, the cook butterflied the steak which I thought was an interesting take on steak, and asked by the manager “what’s wrong with it. ” Felt like the plate was prepared by chef Mic (crowave), fries soggy, and that steakussy made me lose my appetite, amongst other things.

Although they took it off the bill, was not a great experience overall of eating out. Pizza was meh.

Started out with being seated at dirty table- we moved. We were 2 nd group in door as they opened so honestly no excuse. Waitress tried and did good job. Windows dirty, rug coming in dirty and hostess and other waitress standing around. Need some power cleaning if they are going to compete with restaurants right around it.

Place was gross, Tables all sticky, burgers were frozen grocery store box burgers and definitely not what you would expect from that kind of establishment.

We were the only ones there. 9 total and the waitress was phenomenal! Food outstanding and the impromptu happy birthday signing was even better!

Decided to eat here after a movie. While it was most likely the weather it was very quiet. The wait staff was very pleasant and did a good job. The food was good cooked well. Sadly though it's not as good as it used to be. The place needs a good scrubbing. Was served soda in a dirty glass with pizza sauce caked on it. Waiter replaced glass either tried wiping the glass off and returned it or just gave me a second dirty glass. The chairs and tables are dirty and dusty. It just isn't very clean. Bathrooms aren't very tidy either. If we hadn't been in a hurry to get home wouldn't be my first choice of where to eat.

I haven't been to Uno Pizzeria & Grill for about two years. Let me tell you something I have been missing out! The personal Chicago Meat Lovers Pizza with marinara sauce was so good with the meatballs, sausage, pepperoni and mozzarella. It was a happy dance with every bite! Let's not forget about the spinach artichoke dip with the little pieces of bread that you use to scoop up this wonderful combination cheesy goodness with a garlic kick! Definitely will be visiting again soon.

First I want to start off by saying our server was lovely so I put no fault on her however, the cleanliness of the restaurant was absolutely atrocious. Management definitely needs to retake their courses on how to keep a restaurant clean. Honestly if I checked the reviews before we went inside we wouldn’t have even gone. Not only was our table sticky and dusty but so is literally everything else in the entire place. It was kinda scary how dirty it was with more then half the staff standing around and talking. Plus our food was mediocre at best, I couldn’t even get through more then one slice of my pizza. This whole experience made me so sad as my grandparents used to take me here as a kid after we went to the movies. As much as I would like to say we will be coming back we most likely will not. Very unfortunate and not worth the $56 we spent: (

We had the Margareta pizza and appetizers for dinner. Everything arrived hot and delicious. Waitress was very attentive and pleasant. Will definitely visit again.

This was a very poor experience. The waitress was rude and not attentive, our silverware had food all over it, we got the wrong drinks, the table was dusty (as was the windowsill we sat next to), we waited for over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and eventually left as we couldn’t wait anymore. Definitely not coming back.

Food wasn’t that good and it was over priced. Wait time to receive your food takes forever I waited over an hour for just appetizers. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place trust me save your money.

Haven’t gone there i a long time. Used to really like it. Went this time and the place was empty. 7 couples in bar area and that’s it. Our meal was still good but the waitress/bartender gave horrible service. Never got my beer till just before my meal came out. The hostess guy did a better job then she did. The table was sticky and so were the floors. Will probably never go there again. To bad because we enjoyed our meal

Our waitress was rude and commented on what we ordered, called my friend "boring" multiple times and compared her to a child for her order. Forgot multiple parts of our order and when we asked received attitude back. Asked again after food was pretty much done for a side and received jokes about the fact we didn't receive it. Understand places are short staffed, but that was no excuse to be rude to your customers.

I ended up calling to order just because I've had trouble with doordash and those type of places before but I have to say all the food was hot all the food was fresh it was the best Uno experience I have had in years I did order my pasta with extra sauce so that's why it's so Saucy and I did order my pizza crispy so that's why it's a little bit brown but it's absolutely perfect for my liking
Kudos to you Uno New Hartford for making my trip totally worthwhile

Bar was absolutely filthy, crumbs all over the top along with dirty dishes. I could understand if they were busy but this was def not the case. Bar top was extremely sticky all the way around! Bartender was not friend at all. We stayed a total of maybe 20 mins max and left.
