Incredible service. Incredible food. The staff are so attentive and quick. You can also tell that everything is made with high quality ingredients. We ordered the Margarita pizza, California bowl, feta omelette, burrata and herb potatoes. We highly recommend every one of those items, with the exception of the herb potatoes which were okay (just regular potatoes nothing special). We’ll be back again soon.

We loved our experience with Nick at the bar so much that we came back a second time. He gave us incredible service and great drinks, including some daiquiri variations to die for. Grab a seat at the bar if Nick is working and ask him for a daiquiri, you won’t regret it!

We celebrated our engagement here with our families for a brunch. My fiance was able to customize a pre frixe menu and the food was incredible and we still talk about the spread (pancakes, little gem salad, omelette, cheeseburger were some highlights). They also served us with the best cheesecake I've had in a while.

We had a lovely booth in the back and the staff could not have been more helpful and kind - it felt like we were celebrating with them. The atmosphere was bustling but not loud and we could still hear across the table. Highly recommend for either a celebration or meal in a bright and pleasant environment.

Upland proved to be a wonderful discovery during our recent stay in NYC, conveniently situated just across the street from our hotel. We found ourselves returning on two separate nights of our four night trip, and both experiences were consistently excellent. I opted for the Bianca Pizza, while my wife had the Crispy Duck Wings; both dishes were a hit each time. The Burnt Cheesecake for dessert was nothing short of phenomenal. The service, was super friendly, further elevating our dining experience. We'll undoubtedly be back on our next trip to NYC.

Had lunch here recently and was very pleased with the entire experience. The staff were attentive and helpful. Everyone from our server to the busser were on top of their game. The ambiance was warm and inviting (especially appreciated on a chilly winter day!).

There were so many enticing menu options, yet we decided to split the vodka pizza and the lobster cavatelli. Collectively this was the perfect portion for the two of us, and both items were absolutely delicious!

This restaurant was very close to our hotel, which is partially why I selected it, but the food and experience was enjoyable enough that I'd be happy to seek it out on a future visit even if we aren't staying nearby.

If you are going for brunch it’s probably best to come 2pm or earlier, they close at 3pm so will rush you to order food and wrap swiftly (bar still open). I found the food to be average, I got the burger which is supposed to be a staple and found it underwhelming. I don’t think I’ll be back, nothing memorable about the place, average American style fare.

Did a private event. Food is average and overpriced, but not bad. Wait staff are sassy and argumentative.think they're doing you a favor and have forgot they work for tips (but still want 25%). Better value for money at California Pizza Kitchen

I got the pappardelle and went around lunch time. The interior decor is nice and service was good.

Expensive for what it is. We had pancakes to share and they were ok but not the best. Service was good. Coffee was nice.

Excellent spot for lunch and dinner. Great food, dont sleep on the Cesar salad it has special house made crutons that were a yummy suprise. Great bugers and duck wings!

Proper and chilled ambience. Good service and teste menu. Italian dishes and it’s not Californian. Newly take over few months ago and fully fledged Italian. I had a pasta dish and wine. Both were devine.

Had a great experience until it was time for them to shove us out. We were told beforehand that our 5: 30 reservation "better be done by 7: 30pm". We knew as a party of 3 we would be. At 7: 31pm we were wrapping up a dramatic story about a loss in one of our families and were told immediately that we needed to leave. We said ok we understand but she needs to finish her story please give us one minute. The extremely rude manager came back 30 seconds later and said other people are waiting you need to get up now. It doesn't matter that we bought the equivalent of 10 peoples check or the fact that we left, went to the restroom and 12 minutes later we came back upstairs and NO ONE WAS SITTING AT THE "URGENT" TURNOVER TABLE. We tried to explain to the managers about his rudeness or the fact that one of the guests was a frequent guest but he literally walked away mid-conversation and didn't care.

Really nice spot with thoughtful ambiance.

Great location, service is very friendly, attentive, food is very delicious, although for what you get a bit pricey. For the price portions would need to be either bigger or more special.

The ambiance was great. Food was tasty. Staffs were really helpful in deciding the menu. A good place for fine dining.

Young and hip which means most guests are on their fones, but for those of us who need a good catch up over coffee to mimosas to more coffee, start with donuts and move to eggs, any style, which they poach beautifully. Be prepared to ask for ketchup, butter, salt and pepper, as waitstaff is not forward thinking but the service team is on the ball and fast. It takes a village.

The service and atmosphere were both incredible! The waiters were very sweet and attentive. Unfortunately, the food didn’t impress. It felt like the food was trying too much but missed the mark, resulting in a dining experience that was neither wholly satisfying nor novel. I felt full after finishing my meal, but it didn’t wow me. It wasn’t a meal worth remembering.

The “Good” dishes in this meal was the side and the dessert. Again, the service was wonderful, and this with the ambience made the dinner quite pleasant overall. But, given how many options there are in NYC, I wouldn’t come here again.

Large and elegant Park Avenue South space that attracts a good Flatiron crowd. Menu has good salads (yummy burrata and prosciutto) plus imaginative chicken and fish dishes. Noteworthy cheeseburger with slim cut fries. Fresh baked desserts include salted chocolate chip cookies.
