The services are okay but outrageously overpriced. $60 for a nail trim should tell you all you need to know.

We love Dr Goldberg and the whole staff! They are efficient and caring to you and your pets needs. Our cat Marshall has been a patient for a while now and although we've received an unfortunate diagnosis of cancer in our Marshall, they have been extremely empathetic and understanding of what we are going through. Their knowledge is invaluable and patient/Dr relationship is amazing. I would recommend anywhere else.

So far I like this new vet center I go to, the front desk is polite as long as you are polite to them. More importantly, the doctors do listen to everything I say about my dog. The doctor said “ I am Her advocate so tell me everything I need to know” Can’t do better than that…

This place is also named petco. I have been coming here for over a year to purchase feeding g mice for my 2 snakes.catnip, food, and toys for my 2 cats

Took my cats here before the pandemic 2018 or 2019. I took him here bc of the great reviews. DONT LISTEN TO THEM THEY ARE ALL FAKE REVIEWS! My cat had diarrhea for a couple of days and after all bloody work they did, the final total bill came to $700 -$800. I had to do all the test (almost force too and making me feel bad) bc if not it "wouldn't be fair to the cat" okay but are you going to pay half it? If so then by all means! Of course that didn't happen. ALL THEY CARE IS ABOUT THE MONEY! The results came in that same day and said that my cat didn't have anything abnormal! I went somewhere else that following week and my cat did have something! Shame on you!

Thank you to entire team for taking care of our sweet heart, Babs. From day 1, you showed kindness and understanding. Even Babs felt the connect- she doesn't like most folks, but she loves you all. Jer surgery & recovery were a success. We look forward to more time with her as she heals and grow old.

Great place and Staff. Super fast and informative. My dogs limp was cured via meds they prescribed.

Great place, they take very good care of our cats. They care and call if anything arises during a surgery and provide good documentation including pictures and video about why they have to do something (like a tooth extraction) BEFORE they even do the procedure in order to get consent. I just wish they were closer to where we moved

From out of state and it was challenging finding a new office we were happy with. Upper East Vet provides amazing service with genuine care and great communication. The staff is prompt, and effective with their communication.

If you have a pet that isn't feeling well this is the place for you both! Top notch veterinarians and customer service! I don't know a better place!

I used to love this vet and see Dr. Goldberg when I rescued my dog 6 yrs ago. I haven’t seen her in the past 2 years since her schedule is booked and I’ve needed last minute appointments. I’ve seen dr. Weisner 3x, each visit she doesn’t allow for questions and doesn’t respond to them. She continues to talk over you. My dog continues to get ear infections, and each time I keep bringing him back the cost is over $300 and no long term treatment or reason for the cause. It’s the same meds each infection and she goes ahead with the treatments and charges you before letting you know what she’s planning to do.
I felt much more comfortable with Dr. Goldberg.

I brought my cat here for a well visit and we had a great experience. Everyone I spoke to was nice and incredibly helpful. The doctor answered all of my questions in detail and I left feeling like I had all the information I needed.

My experience with Dr. Goldberg and Upper Eastside Veterinary was horrible. Dr. Goldberg and her travelling radiologist misdiagnosed my cat. Their misdiagnosis eventually lead to having put my cat to sleep. Dr. Goldberg never call to ask about my cat or express her condolences.i do not recommend using them and will never return to them again.

I rescued a cat who turned out to have extensive health issues so I have been to this vet center many times in the past 2 years. Every single person at this place is kind, nurturing, sympathetic, attentive, from the vets themselves to the vet techs to the receptionists, assistants, everyone there. I finally had to put my baby down today and Dr. Goldberg had us come in immediately as soon as I called about her distress. She was wonderful with me and my cat and I am so thankful. I have seen Jackie many times on my visits and she is beyond comforting and understanding, she has reassured me time and time again. In the past I have also seen Dr. Nunebacher and Dr. Calise, who are also amazingly caring professionals. I forever appreciate everyone's care and consideration. Everyone I've mentioned have all always followed up with me with multiple phone calls explaining everything, and then they follow up call again just to ask how my cat was doing. (My cat always liked them all too).

Due to my cat's issues each time I have had to go there I've been worried, stressed and scared and everyone there always made me feel better and taken care of. Especially today as my last day there, I wanted to express my appreciation. They all made a very difficult day a little bit easier on me and mine. Recommend 100%
