Love Upper West Side Yoga and Wellness. It is just the right amount of intensity needed to make yoga more of a work out. The music is great and the instructors and flow is always challenging. Love the ab workout they through in for the beginning as well!

The class goes by fast and you leave feeling energized.

I can't tell you how much I love this place. The staff is very, very friendly. The classroom is clean and I love the way it looks. Not only are the classes themselves great, but there are a ton of them during the day! I couldn't love it more. On top of that, I've lost almost 8 lbs!

Absolutely love this place! I am brand new to yoga and will definitely continue the practice because of ritual hot yoga. I signed up for the 10 day unlimited pass and I'm so happy I did. The instructors are so encouraging and I love that you move to the beat! Music is always great as well! I'm sad my 10 day unlimited pass is coming to an end but I know I will be back for sure!

I stumbled upon UWS Yoga after moving to the city last year and I could not be happier. The classes are amazing and each instructor is so intentional with their practice that you will never take two classes that are exactly the same. The dedication and passion of the UWS Yoga team is what keeps me coming back over and over again. Stephan and Ingrid's studio is truly one of the places that's made this neighbourhood feel like home to me!

I’ve been attending regularly for 10 years. I have no affiliation to any particular teacher or class, because they are all wonderful! I always get exactly what I need and leave feeling centered and taller. This is not a competitive sports arena its about physical and mental well being.

I fell in love with yoga thanks to this studio. Amazing teachers and community. 3 years practicing with them and my mind and body are really glad.:)
