UPS Customer Center - EAST SYRACUSE

I send a package internationally smaller than a literal shoebox with ONE thing in it.they say there’s no invoices inside, okay, so i send a digital copy—guess what? They send it back anyway.so i resend the package with a new label and the required three invoice copies inside and y’all can’t find even ONE of them? Okay.makes no sense, but okay.

Why is my package stuck here for a whole month? I'm in Buffalo, it should have arrived by now. Tracking says it's at this location since January 8th, and it's now February 8th.

We only had to go to UPS in Syracuse New York to pick up vehicles and repair them and bring them back nothing major but if you want to work for UPS give them a call or stop by and they'll be glad to help you they're looking for Truck drivers and mechanics just give them a call Have a good day

Hours from 9am-1230pm? Are you serious? Most people are working. Hence when you try to deliver a package that needs to be signed for in the middle of the day, nobody is going to be home. When people are sending gifts around the holidays and the receiver has no control of the delivery, you really need to consider accommodating your customers.

UPS has the WORST customer support of all! I was told to take a day from my job to receive a package and then found out I was lied to. No package. How about the local UPS provide better hours for those who work full time and can't pick up in the small time frame given. Only gave 1 star bc I was forced to do so. I will definitely use other sources from here on out. I'm sure the powers that be really don't care as their "support" people show.

I’ve been working here for a good amount of time now and at first I didn’t have any problems with anyone I just came did my job and left but recently I was threatened by a supervisor and now I’m reconsidering my decision to work here

They delivered a Christmas gift somewhere other than my house. Got a notification of delivery, went out front to grab it, lo and behold no package. I immediately call the 800 # I have to go on ups.com fill a claim form and wait for them to figure it out. Meanwhile christmas is in 2 days and I do not have a gift for my mother as of now. Thanks to east Syracuse ups and who ever they send to deliver in Bridgeport!

I want to give some praise to a delivery driver by the name of Tim who serviced the Baldwinsville area. I was eagerly anticipating the delivery of a skeleton to help with my studies. I inputted an incorrect address and therefore couldn’t get my package, I also missed the drivers call. I called him back and within an hour Tim had the package on our doorstep. Stand up work, Sir! Your effort is appreciated more than you know. UPS - give that man a raise!

I have a package that has been sitting there 12 days and hasn’t moved. Wondering why it hasn’t been delivered. The original delivery date was September 11th it’s now the 20th and the package still hasn’t moved. Trying to get a person to talk to is nearly impossible.

Terrible service! I shipped a package on July 3rd and still have not been delivered. The website hasn’t updated the information, and the customer service number only works for 1hr. Insane!

I live in the Manlius NY area and our diver Lawrence is great. He drives very carefully and safely in our neighborhood with lots of kids and dogs. He is very polite and courteous. I wish there was a way to contact UPS to let them know.

This place is a joke! 5 days stuck there in transit and I get a message saying due to unforeseen circumstances my package is delayed. Usps and FedEx does not have problems like this! I paid for 2 day shipping! Stop taking orders you can’t fulfill!

Package I need for my business has been sitting there for 4 DAYS. I cant call and speak to a person due to the virus and my customer is getting upset. They have changed delivery date on me 3 TIMES. I need my package and my customer needs their product. This is bs

Phone operator with my route code told me to bobtail out when I actually needed an empty trailer. Had to turn around and head back. Wasted 4hrs of my time.

Warning to outside carriers if you are told to bobtail out call your dispatch. I was pulling a UPS trailer on a dedicated round trip and despite being told by them it was okay to head back without a trailer my account manager said never bobtail.

This also caused me to miss my next load.

Terrible. Tracking says out for delivery will be delivered by end of day. Then at the end of the day it changes. What a joke

We had the best experience ever UPS a worker by the name of George was the best. They were closing and he help us print the label and tape up a box we were returning to the Nike Company and saved the day he was the most awesome person we had encountered in a long time. Shout to George Daniels at the U. P. S store on Northern BLVD. In Syracuse NY Thank you again for taking care of us.

Poor beyond belief. My package arrived at UPS E. Syracuse facility on 4/27.4/28 not delivered. 4/29 not delivered. 4/30 not delivered. 5/1 not delivered. 5/2 not delivered. 5/3 not delivered and 5/4 not delivered. I only live 30 minutes from their E. Syracuse facility. Why in the heck in 7 days was it not delivered? !? !? !? !? ! 1Z7621970393373629

Delivery guy was rude. He apparently is an expert on trees. I wonder why he asked me if I had a dog.is he planning on breaking into my house? I would never have him working for me.
