UPS Customer Center reviews
19 Preface: my review has nothing to do with the employees at the desk. They were both courteous, professional, and apologetic.
This facility marked my $5k package as available for pickup, when it wasn't even at this location. It was at a non- customer- accessible sorting facility on Walden Ave. They told me that usually packages make it from Walden to Bailey by noon or the next day. I have a serious problem with the tracking system telling me my package is at a location it isn't, especially when I show up and it's not there.
I had a package that was on the truck yesterday and scheduled to be delivered by 9pm and it did not show up. When I woke up this morning it says sortation delay? It was already on a truck. How could it possibly be sorted wrong.
Unprofessional and will just lie right to your face just to not deal with anything. Especially Brenda who is in charge. Don't lissen to her seriously.
Applied, arrived on schedule time. To be told we do not do road tests the day UPS schedule.
Emailed my shipment was delivered. Can't reach a customer service agent but instead the package that was delivered was supposed to go to n.c totally wrong items were sent to me. Packing slip and all was wrong. Job well done!
Fast service and very friendly, helpful I didn't have tape and they didn't make me buy it like USPS made me do
Horrible service! I will never used UPS ever in life. Driver claim my package was undeliverable the driver didn’t even attempt to physically delivered the package. The driver lie and stated the delivered another package at my house with no issues. Which was a lie the driver is caught on camera not even attempting to go in my house to delivered but was able to wrongfully delivered a package to a house next to mines. Over you guys services this the worst delivery company ever!
One of your drivers stole my package from Michael kors and I can’t get in touch with anyone about the issue.
The driver got out the van walked to the other side open the door scan a bag and walked back to his driver side and drive off
I have it all in camera! I need someone to get in contact with me ASAP so I can speak to someone! That was not a cheap BAG ️
I had to get something to California from New York by 9: 00 a.m. The next day. None of the UPS stores locally were able to accept it. So I pulled right in and around the parking lot to the customer center. You do have to drive through security but they let me Right in. Package arrived as expected.
They cannot print a label for you here. The employees say they are bored when I go in there all them time.
One of their employees opened my box I sent out and stole a cellphone I was sending to a someone. Will never use UPS again.
Absolutely no way of reaching anyone in customer service. The 800 number is a fully automated system, there is no local number for the buffalo hub that can be given out. The entire customer service system stinks.
They are incredibly good at wasting your time I swear people who work here have absolutely no communication skills.
JIM POWERS WAS ONE OF THE VERY FEW BEST OUTGOING EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER MET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AT ANY BUSINESS. HIS BEING UPS. HE DIDN'T ONLY GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR MY PROBLEM BIT HE DID THE EXTRA THOUSAND MILES. TRUE ASSET OF ANY COMPANY HE MAY B WORKING AT. THANKS BUDDY ITS PEOPLE LIKE YOU THE WORLD NEEDS TO BE A KING, STRONG, EMPATHETIC, AND TRUE HUMANITARIAN
I work here it's my few days in and I actually love it better than the Curtiss Hotel Downtown
Thanks for ruining my weekend. Preordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max and waited excitedly all week for it. “Expected delivery 2: 15-4: 15pm”. Saw the UPS truck ON MY STREET delivering to the house across the street, and then he was up and down and around my area for three hours. The truck is now parked back at the UPS shipping location and I’m beyond disappointed with their ability to deliver on time, especially considering the truck was literally within 30 feet of me several times today.
EDIT: On Friday, UPS emailed me and said my package would be here Monday. Today, I logged in to see when it would be arriving today, only to find out that someone had gone in and DELETED THE SHIPPING HISTORY showing that the package was placed on the truck Friday. There is no longer a shipping date given on the tracking number. This is starting to feel more and more like a shady practice. A brand new iPhone model in the most desirable color is on the truck and then somehow vanishes from the records? Also, the local UPS branch has no direct phone number, and the number they give literally hangs up on you before you're able to speak with someone. Like the robot lady hangs up on you. Ridiculous. I'll be opening a claim and seeing what other avenues I can pursue to hold this UPS branch accountable for their actions. Avoid this branch if you can; choose a different shipping company.
EDIT 2: The UPS phone number that you call is completely unhelpful. Four times they "transferred" me to a number that didn't ever answer the call. The local shipping center has no phone number to call. I'm going to assume this package was stolen by the driver or another employee and pursue legal avenues and criminal charges since I can't seem to get any assistance or contact with the local branch through UPS.
Driver attempted tp deliver, doorbell inoperable. Package sent to location far from my residence. Called UPS - phone system is awful, called Bose, Bose called UPS, UPS called me. UPS in Buffalo assured me package would be delivered Monday w/special instructions to assist w/ inoperable doorbell. I cancelled my plans, spent the entire day waiting only to find out the package was being held across town and I would have to pick it up in person.
Tried calling 800 # for customer service and it is almost impossible to speak to a human being. Terrible solution, terrible customer service.
Overrated, they will work u 2 death and not think twice, watch u almost pass out but won't lift a finger 2 help u out, 3 people laugh and watch u struggle
I applied for a job, a rep called me asked if I got my work boots and if I was ready to start. That night! I went there and they sent about 4 of us out saying to wait for one of two gals from HR to call us. I said "A rep called me and asked if I was ready to start tonight", his reply was "that happens". THAT SHOULD NOT EVEN ALMOST HAPPEN! So I applied to Amazon, my training starts tomorrow
