I worked here! They use you! Don’t ask help from management all they do is badmouth all. Management supervisor hide under company rules! Do yourself a favor don’t start here. Old driver mostly are nesty back Backstabbing! After Christmas no more jobs for you if you are not in the union you can be on the onion if you work!
No mater how hard and honest you can work don’t matter.

They stated drop off was avaliable but when I arrived the lady said they don't accept prelabel drop offs! Ups needs to fix their services listed

The management and supervisors helped me so much by not giving up on tracking a package that had been out on the wrong truck. Stuff happens but I really appreciated the problem solving attitude and help.

Just make sure when you go to pick up you have your ID that has the same address as the one on the package. The whole visit for me was under 15 minutes. Parking may be an issue.

Most Worst service in the world. Rude, lazy, slow. I hope never ever see again those people face for my life.

I called so many times and they never picked up the phone. Customer service is terrible!

They are the most horrible. They get the deliveries wrong and refuse to ring the doorbell when delivering packages. Use only if you want your package stolen.
