Don’t buy a car here. If something goes wrong all they do (including the owner) is stonewall. I had the sales manager, service person and owner gang up on me because the owner couldn’t figure out how to communicate with me. They don’t listen and it’s your fault when something goes wrong. Seriously, go somewhere else.

Come on down here if you want to buy an unsafe vehicle to put your family in! If you want back to back issues, and have your car to be in and out of a shop getting fixed then this is the place for you! Don’t worry about the extended warranty because the vehicle won’t last past the limited warranty.

I truthfully, don’t know how a dealership can willingly sell a vehicle by saying that it is safe and newly inspected and nothing is wrong with it. A company based on nothing but lies.

Anything to make a sale, right?

Who cares if the car only lasts 4 months as long as it’s sold right?

Friendly, efficient and easy to work with. They gave me the best deal and was well worth the drive from Orchard Park. I would definitely do business with them again!

I called and emailed after the visit regarding an overage charge of $500. I was charged for 5 hours labor to install to 2.4inch spacers. It’s a 1 hr job. No reply no call back.

I was supposed to get some parts put on my Jeep vehicle suspension nearly two months ago but they haven’t contacted me to say that they have gotten the parts in stock yet.

Chris the service manager is very professional and courteous. He seems to always know and understand what his customers are trying to convey to him about their problems. I live in Batavia and I drive all the way over to Attica to have my truck serviced just because I know I can trust Chris to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience at upstate Dodge. If you're tired of dealing with the massive dealers that make you feel like you're trade in is absolute junk and what they have to sell you is the finest gold this world has ever seen then head over and talk to Austin. From start to finish I was amazed at how everyone in the process makes you feel welcomed and not just a number to their final sales book. I would definitely recommend this company for purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke to my sales rep Eric before I came to the location to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still available because I would be coming a drives away. It was! When I got there he had pulled the vehicle inside for me because it started to rain with slushy snow. The finance manager Madison was excellent they took my information and followed up with me the very next day! I picked up my new vehicle and the process was smooth, I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything and they were very welcoming and accommodating to my request. Connor the salesman was great right from the start. Went through couple cars till my wife got the car she wanted. Madison the young lady doing the paperwork was great getting the
job done and us on our way. Will buy our next Toyota there for sure.

Was in and out when I bought my wrangler jeep, only thing I wasn’t happy with was they told me one payment and end up with another payment before my warranty.

My wife just bought a brand new vehicle from Upstate. Everyone involved was professional and courteous and treated us with respect. We would do business again with Upstate without hesitation.

I was able to trade in an older vehicle and purchase a newer one without any problems or concerns. Great team over there. Answered all of my questions and me me feel comfortable through the entire process. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Went in scheduled an appointment after showing staff the video of what I needed fixed. I told them what it was and that’s what I wanted a quote on.

I came at the scheduled time. They took an hour to look at it and came back and told me what the problem was which is what I already told them.

It was only one piece which online cost between $30 and $200. They came back and said it would be $700 for one part and then additional pieces it would be over $1000 plus tax.

I said I would think about it. Staff person told me to step around by the desk. Where my keys were being held and she handed me a bill for my estimate/quote - $65

I was never told I would be charged for an estimate. She said they didn’t tell you? She knew they didn’t tell me because she was standing next to the guy putting my appointment into the system.

I won’t go back there for anything not covered under my warranty ever again. I have told others about this charge and the high price for repair.

I was able to get the repair I needed for $220. You would think a dealer would want to keep their product on the road.

Chris and Zach from service department were awesome and friendly while we waited to cash out. As well as great towards my kids. From purchase to service I recommend this dealership!

Service Department is spot on! I had two warranty issues with two vehicles that were handled in a courteous and timely manner.

Upstate Dodge we were looking for a new truck something that would pull our trailer and not have to worry about crunching the back window let's see how this one works we got it 8 ft bed this time Brian worked with us very well he had only been there for a short. Of time and you would never have known it doing to the fact that he had no but he was trying to do for us thank you Ryan

My frustration lies not in the inability to fix my truck (which was sold to me in a broken condition by you), but in the fact that you didn't bother to contact me to cancel my service appointment when you knew that the part wasn't in. I'm 1½ hours away and was driving to my appointment when I called you to confirm. If I hadn't called, I would have wasted half a day. As it was I'd already driven an hour before I had an answer about parts. After the cancelation, I still never received a follow-up.
