I feel like they really take their time with your nails and pedicure. I usually get a pedicure and a manicure and they don't rush through the process. Very kind and friendly but most of all? It lasts! I feel like my toe color lasts longer and my gel nails stay a little longer. Great place!

Don’t waste your money worst nail place. Paid $35 for regular nails that are usually 25. Very dirty they don’t clean anything after being used.the towel still had nails from the previous person. Don’t waste your money ‍️

Can't even put into words how awesome the experience was. Brought in a group of older family that had never experienced Mani Peddies. Some family members had special needs and were accommodated and cared for exceptionally. All the staff was so patient, gentle, and experienced.

I came here for my first time and it went super good. I got a gel manicure and Linda did my nails. She did amazing I recommend her a lot. She took her time with me and made sure I liked and was comfortable with everything she was doing. They give a free massage at the end with a warm towel and it feels good. It was a clean and relaxing environment. I will definitely be coming back here.

Went for a fill. Was nice and seems clean enough. Had to wait about 20 mins even though I made an appointment. No big deal. Little disappointed in the paint job. It's a bit messy and uneven. But not too bad. The gel fill has some rough chunky spots near my cuticle I'm not happy with and theyre a bit too long even though I asked for shorter. I'd go back and just make my intentions more clear. He did give me a nice shoulder/back massage at the end and that was nice.

Went there for powder dip manicure.the guy who did my nails acted as if was his first day he made my nails round instead of square.he did everything backwards and took forever, he dropped my Phone while transferring me to another table. Did not tell me paraffin dip was extra and then had the nerve to act surprised that he got a 5.00! No thank you no goodbye come again nothing! I will not go back there again!

I went there to get a regular pedicure ($25) the nail technician barely cleaned my nails and cuticles. After they were painted it was messy and another technician had to clean it up. They were very quick with the scrub under my feet and did not take their time. Very unhappy and disappointed. They did not do the basic things well.

The man with the square shaped glasses (i forgot to get his name before i left) who did my nails was very through and took his time! Best nail place i ever went too

The service is excellent and they all do a very nice job. It's a great price for a manicure and pedicure.

I'm giving them 3 stars because for years they have been my go to spot but recently I think they hired some people that need more training. My last couple pedicures have been just ok but yesterday was the worst. The gentleman let me soak my feet for all of 3 seconds before cutting my nails too short, and not putting anything on my cuticles before pushing them back (ouch) and barely worked on them when I know they are bad since it's my first pedicure of the year. He rubbed my legs like he didn't want to touch me, then painted my toes with no base or top coat. Really feel I wasted $ because it's also about the experience and I was not relaxed nor happy about spending the $ when I left. Honestly think I'm done going here at least for awhile.

Came here for my first time to get a pedicure. It is such a warm, relaxing environment. Felt completely comfortable and at ease, which is exactly what I needed. Plus he did a fantastic job. Will be back for my next pedicure!

Love upstate nails everyone is friendly and very clean. Most of all Linda is the best. I have been with her for years and will stay with her forever.

Seriously THE BEST nail place EVERRRRRR! They are friendly, professional, have very reasonable prices, are neat and clean, very relaxing, have great service and they always throw in a FREE MASSAGE at the end! And it feels GREAT! It's such an awesome little treat! What a nice added touch to make your experience there that much better! And you never have to wait because they are so highly staffed. You can't beat this place, I swear! I highly, highly recommend you check this place out if you haven't already! You will not be let down, I promise!

Jennie is an excellent masseuse. I go twice aweek for a chair massage. With the type of lifting I do at work, back muscle soreness is an issue. After a session with Jennie I have relief. Will definitely return and recommend.

I had such a bad experience at Upstate Nails this week. This is not my usual nail salon but I was in the area and had some free time. I walked in for a powder manicure with no wait time. I was there for almost 2 hours! Instead of soaking my previously applied powder nail polish, the worker took a piece of plastic shaped like a credit card and tried to peel the polish off. I was in so much pain I had to ask him to stop and soak my nails. On top of that, almost every single one of my nails ripped, one ripping too far below the nail bed forcing the worker to superglue my nail together. When he did this, he got glue all over my expensive, brand new phone cover. I cannot get that glue off, no matter what I try. I wish I walked out. I don't usually write reviews because everyone and every business can have bad days but this service was so horrible and painful, I could not keep quiet. The only reason I gave the business two stars is because my nails turned out to be pretty (and they should be after a 2 hour manicure!)

Reasonable prices and excellent service! The only place I go to get a manicure, pedicure, and massages!
