Upstate University Medicine, Camillus NY

This is a very clean, up to date facility with wonderful staff.
They have extremely caring physicians, nurses and technicians.
I appreciate the diversity amongst the staff as well as the respect & compassion that is shown to their patients.

I am very disappointed in this facility. I had an appointment schedule for 4 months and a few days prior to my appointment i received an email stating my appointment time was changed by 3 hours! I wasnt asked or consulted or called about it, it was just moved. I do no recommend this place if you have a schedule you need to work around for treatment. They dont care about your time, just their own.

Had to take my elderly grandma for a scan and I can’t even express my gratitude for the care she received. The staff are very genuine, caring, and accommodating. We had an issue with transportation canceling at the last second and had to make alternate arrangements, the staff were incredible and made sure my grandma was comfortable the entire time. The radiology department absolutely went above and beyond!

Friendly, fast, efficient & professional. Nearly all services available right here on-site, including their own blood lab!

I am extremely impressed.
I’m so glad I made the transfer, from my previous medical facility.
Everyone is kind, understanding, personable. As well as extremely professional.
Very clean facility.
They have the latest technology.

The therapists I've seen here are wonderful. They spend the whole appointment with you (and just you) and treat you like you're the most important person in the world. They push (but not too hard) and answer questions you have. They are professional, friendly, and extremely helpful.
