The most unfriendly people work here! Why do people like that even get into medical in the first place? ! They should have jobs in a factory where they have ZERO contact with other humans!

Staff are overwhelmed with patients that don’t read and are exceptionally rude yet despite that have maintained a professional environment. Yes there are shortages everywhere rite now. People can either complain which does no one any good or they can accept that we are all in this together. I have blood drawn every three weeks and have had no problems here.

My experience went well. I arrived after 11am, everyone was friendly. I believe I happened to arrive just at the right time for the wait to be short. =)

Shout out to Wendy who drew my blood.haha, she was quick, punny and didn't "poke around. " ;)

Clean friendly and organized. The only sour taste here is the skinny girl at the door. So rude, no compassion and sounds like she just wants to argue with people. It's like she's provoking a conflict.

The most unprofessional receptionist ever. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to address the interpersonal skills specifically (lab check in) in which the ladies behind the desk communicate with folks. Disgusting ….

I have been to this location many times. Each person who has drawn blood has been professional and nice. They were fantastic with my daughter also. Highly recommend them.

This lab is understaffed and some of their staff are inept at technology. I waited for an hour after checking in with a woman with an ipad. I went up to the window to find out she didn't actually submit my information. Then, the same woman was the one drawing my blood. She couldn't get a vein in my first arm then asked me if I hydrated, then she lectured me about hydrating before bloodwork. I asked if she could get the vein on my other arm because if not I could go somewhere else. And she decided to tell me how she's not new and knows what she's doing. But I've been getting blood work a few times a month for 7 months now and never had any issues like this before. I felt like she was shaming me when she couldn't find a vein. I will not be returning to that lab ever again.

Slow and very, very disorganized. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the woman that did my blood draw was friendly and polite and so was the lady with the clipboard. But, the wait time is horrible! I've been several times now, and it really is awful. RGH is fast and quick.

I've never had a bad experience here. At times it might take a bit longer than the other place I went to but not bad. Friendly

This lab is beyond slow. The staff are not friendly at all. They have now made it policy to mandate you pre check in with someone and then go to your car to get a call to come in.that is about 40 minutes or more and then when you finally get the call you can go in give your information and you can wait again. I absolutely detest this location. I often go to Rochester regional for my other doctors and they are quick and efficient.this place is neither of those. I wish all doctors allowed you to choose your location for blood draws because this u of r location is horrid.

I got to lab about 10 minutes before opening on Monday morning. The door was open and about 12 people were waiting, most seated two in front of me standing in line. About 2 or 3 minutes after opening a receptionist came out with clipboard and commented how busy it was and started askingif people could sign in on line just needed a cellphone and camera. She also said something about how people were waiting in car who had already pre signed up. Nobody could really hear or follow what was said. I found a scan bar on wall and just took a picture. People behind me started to swarm over. Needless to say very distressing. Very stressful appears they need better opening procedure for the morning rush of fasting blood tests. I just left without my blood work.

They lost 9 TUBES OF BLOOD. No explanation or anything, then denied receiving my paperwork. Save yourself a trip

I was very pleased with my visit to this location. They were following all precautions for Covid-19 so I was comfortable being their. My lab technician was friendly efficient and professional. I was in and out pretty quickly too.

Both times I came to this lab, patients were sitting unmasked or with noses out in the packed waiting room. One of th primary care receptionists was also unmasked at the check-in desk. Their system is antiquated and needs to be revamped to protect patients during a pandemic.
