UR Medicine Labs – Henrietta reviews
6You would think that there would be more than one phlebotomist on at open. Very disappointing for people with limited free time.
Masks are required but apparently you dont get them until you're at the desk, its remote sign in and if you go to ask for help you will be told that its remote sign in and theres another tablet you can use! Totally helpful, so totally answered my questions. I used to like this location so I'm super disappointed.
The people that are working at this location need better training. Rude and inappropriate comments, completely unprofessional, people don't get their blood draw because they want to. I hope in the future they are more professional and treat people with respect instead of cursing at them as if we can't hear. They also need to provide masks at the entrance if they are required, it's been 3 years, you would think it would be common sense, especially if on the way to sign in 2 nurses on break curse at you for not having one.
A bit strange that the whole Strong hospital requires no mask— purely optional. Even ED. But here they put up a sign from 02-2023 and snarkily handed me a mask. Well SORRY I came in with the knowledge that all medical campuses I’ve been at lately don’t require masking. Bizarre.
I visit UR LABS once a week for blood work and urinalysis under my Drs guidance. The staff always makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. They are a fast paced office, im usually there for 15 min sometimes less. They make taking your blood as pleasurable as it possibly can. No one loves getting their blood taken but when you do, I would recommend this office. The girls work hard to give you the most efficient care possible. They are more then clean and practice all the health guidances that are in place. Shout out to all the ladies in that office that make that lab one of the best!
There's no mask dispenser here, so make sure you bring your own, as masks are required for entry.
I'm not sure carpeting is a good idea in a medical facility.
Small waiting room, unusually long wait for a UR lab, but not horrible. The other lab in Red Creek has a bigger waiting room with more social distance, but this one is open earlier, so, there's that.
