UR Medicine Labs – Webster (BayTowne Plaza)

I had the same bad experience as a lot of others. The staff is rude, deliberately slow and unprofessional. I went to another lab and they knew how bad this one is. They really ought to shut this place down.

I checked in from my car through the link they have posted on signs in the parking lot which is what they always tell you to do even if you go inside. I waited in my car to be called and after 30 minutes I finally get called to come inside. Instead of bringing me back to draw my blood they told me to sit down and wait even longer. Multiple people who had checked in way after me kept getting called so I eventually went to a staff member and asked where I was on the list. It’s then that they realize they did something wrong and it said I was done when I had never even gotten anything done yet. Absolutely ridiculous for a medical lab to be messing up paper work. Finally they call me back to the rooms where I then wait some more. It took an hour and half for me to get two tubes of blood drawn when it should have taken 15 minutes.

The absolute worst lab I’ve ever come to. Second day in a row I’m sitting in the waiting room. Yesterday was for TWO HOURS! Today not a single other soul is here and I’ve been waiting over a half hour to be seen. The staff is SO rude and doesn’t seem like they have a clue as to which way is up. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. I hope something is done ab this place too because I’m not the only person who’s left a review exactly like mine. Unacceptable!

This is where I always go for my bloodwork. It is clean. The staff is professional. It has plenty of parking. You are in and out quickly.

If I could give this a zero I would. I checked in and the wait was supposed to be about 14 minutes. After waiting an hour INSIDE, I had to leave to get to another appointment. No one even ever called to tell me it was my turn (like it says on the signs in the parking lot.) Wasted my time. Never again.

It says here that they are open until 5: 00 pm. When I got there at 4: 20 their door says they close at 4: 00 pm. I still was out of luck as a they were already closed at 4: 20 pm.

Check in app shouldn't say 15 min wait when it is really over an hour. Staff is nice.

There was a bit of a wait, but it's expected when there's only 1 phlebotomist and one person putting orders in computer. They did a good job with my 3 year old son.
