Staff WAS GREAT. Especially Rob (technician). Made me feel real comfortable. Despite 29 wires attached to me that EVENING

I thought i was not going to be able to sleep bt they make sure you are comfortable really helps to get you to sleep, So I recommend it, pretty comfy night sleep.

My primary referred me here a couple years ago. I never heard from their office, then they suddenly sent me a letter stating they couldn't get a hold of me, and to call their office. Which is funny, because they never called me. I put off the sleep study until this year, my primary referred me again. Sent the referral. This time I got a voicemail from the office to set up a consult. I wasn't able to call the office until 2 days later - at which time I was told "we tried to reach you 3 times so your referral is now closed, I can't book an appointment for you". I find it absurd that a referral is closed after 3 days for something as nonurgent as a sleep study. ALSO, I only had 1 missed call/vm from the office, so they lied about trying to reach me. Made my primary aware of this and ended up going to Sleep Insights. Got in quick, and they were so much easier to deal with! Go there if you can!

I have been trying to get a new cpap
Since May 2018, when I was re-evaluated. And received a new face mask. Then I realized I was forgetting to turn it on. So wanted a new machine which I had said no to then, with the censer. With countless mishaps, it is now Jan 2019. Now had to be re-evaluated again, because they said I wasn’t usinging it, but I have been using it consistently since May. Needed an oxygen test, needed another oxygen test. Harlprin did one, needed it done again, never heard from anyone. Changed to another provider because it was closer. Sleep center says have to be re-elaluated again. That was done Jan 2 2019. Still haven’t heard anything. This is not the kind of service I expected. My original diagnosis over10 years ago. Was simply and was all set up directly from the sleep center. Now, if my life depended on it, I’d be dead. When you are 77 and have to run back and forth to sleep center and to supplier, is it worth it? I’m beginning to think not. Especially when most of the time I have to arrange rides. My opinion of Strong system is changing, instead of things getting better, they are much more complicated. Running from Gates to Brighton is leaving me with the notion not to bother with it at all.

Very frustrated. Originally diagnosed here over 10 years ago. Had 2 unsuccessful attempts before they agreed to let me do the test at home. I only found out about that option through a friend, and had to ask for. So now I need an update so I can try a dental device instead of the CPAP. This was just to verify that I still have sleep apnea. I had to wait 5 months for the appointment, but I made it. This was just for a consultation, not a study! Unfortunately, I had unexpected surgery just before the appointment. When I called to reschedule, they told me the 1st available date for the reschedule was another 5 months! All they needed to do was get some readings off my machine! If you plan and going to this clinic, I hope you have time to wait. I thought the University of Rochester was the number one employer in Rochester. Guess they didn't hire enough at the sleep center. As another person said in a different review "fortunately they are not the only game in town". I'll be going elsewhere.

Great experience there. They spend time listening. Our appointment was an hour long. One short form to fill out. They examined the sleep history of my wife. Took awhile to get appointment, but was a quality appointment.
