As a new Theatre Director, there are seemingly an insurmountable number of challenges when coordinating a substantial trip across the country. UR Tours and Events made this process so seamless and allowed me to be confident and present for my students. Our tour went off without a hitch and any minor inconveniences were immediately tackled by the team. Any time I had a question, they responded within a few hours, and they were able to specifically tailor our trip to our needs and interests, even once we were at our destination. I have used UR Tours and worked with Livy on two trips to Disney World and Universal in Orlando. Both trips went flawlessly from an organizational standpoint, and our band had phenomenal experiences. This last trip in December of 2022 was a real challenge due to all the covid planning over two years. UR Tours worked with us every step of the way, coming up with creative solutions- the trip was fantastic. Memories of a lifetime. I highly recommend their services- our trips include groups of 130 youth and adults with Marching Band equipment.
