What a great experience I had with Urban Eyes. Not only was the Doctor and medical tech amazing but Lissette Valentine was so helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining everything to me and made sure that I picked frames that I would be happy with. Wearing glasses is a new experience for me so I appreciate the time and help she took to make this transition time something that I can look forward to.

I was serviced today by an eye technician, Priscilla, Dr. Santana and Jackie for my eye exams with the newest technology and State of the Arts Eye Machines at Urban Eyes 1955 turnbull Ave Bronx, New York 10473. It was an awesome experience with all the women staff, they are so professional, caring, and happy. I love the aura there, they take there time to get me the perfect glasses at a great price. It's a must visit if you need glasses!

This was my first time at Urban, Lissette Valentina helped me and she was so good in recommending everything that I needed and although it was pricey it was worth the price, I’ve always felt with the placed I used before I still had issues seeing clearly but now I can see very clear, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and with the service I got from the entire staff. This store is discriminatory. Twice I tried to enter past their opening hours and the sales lady wouldnt buzz me in. I buy and change eyeglasses like I change shirts so goodluck for turning off a customer like me.

They are scammers. I paid $600 for my glasses just for the glass. I had the frame and I was never able to use it because I couldn't see well. They caught me with the wrong measurement and they didn't want to correct the error.

Karla the manager of Urban Eye Care on Bruckner Blvd is amazing! Very professional. She gives the white glove treatment. Karla has an eye for style, she is always my deciding factor when choosing my frames! Karla rocks!

This place is the best place i’ve been to for my glasses. The exam was great, they are very thorough with health of the eye and the prescription has been working great. They gave me a great price for a bottega frame. Overall experience 10/10. I would highly recommend coming here. Thank you to the medical tech and the girls in the front for all their help!

I have been visiting Lissette since 2021, a very kind woman helped me a lot to be able to choose my lenses, very grateful, I returned again, Grisellys helped me, who also kindly assisted me, she helped me a lot to the point that I took two lenses, I highly recommend her, especially the attention.

I do not trust just anyone with my eyecare or that of my family. From the time you walk in to this optical establishment, they are consummate professionals. Their customer service and attention to detail is A+ from beginning to end. By the time you finish your consult you feel like you have adopted a new set of family members. Did I mention that they match you with the best frames? These professionals will not have you out here looking crazy. They are honest and forthcoming without being overzealous. I absolutely love this place! I am sure you will too! There is Monroe and Madeline, that assisted me in the beginning and end consult. Then there was Deana the eye tech who ran the initial and a through check on my eyes. Lastly, Dr. Hawasly who got my prescription right. What a great team. (I apologize if I misspelled anyone's name or forgot anyone who may have helped me). Please check them out in the Bruckner Plaza in the Bronx.

Urban Eyes has been the best place i’ve been to for glasses. They have a great selection to choose from. I got a Gucci frame that i’m very happy with. They worked with me and gave me a good deal. Gianna and Karla were both great and helped me out. I will definitely be returning here!

I have been coming here for years because they are so reliable. Great customer service everytime, and the doctor is excellent. Their selection is vast and always up to date; great prices too. I highly recommend this place!
