Today my mom and I called and was rudely talked to by whoever when trying to get information for my brother who suffers from mental health and was a victim of a slashing on the NYC train. We wanted to get information on how to get him the best services and were treated poorly and told go to the site when asked about resources. Some people shouldn’t work with the public. They don’t know how to talk to people, especially those in need.

Ms. Gerson is a amazing highly dedicated individual who is compassionate and works tirelessly to serve those who are under served, I thank her from the bottom of my heart, she has been a God send in my life. V. H. Bklyn

The most intolerant and rude receptionist there can be. She yelled at me and closed the phone just because I jokingly told her that I was finally able to communicate. It becomes almost impossible to communicate with them in real time. There is to leave a recording and they have never called me.

I haven't been able to get through or a return call or email of my many updates with my housing issues, the covid 19 crisis is inconveniencing me of this very important issues and I'm not able to get a response.

I have been affiliated this organization for over 4 years. The staff is courteous and professional and handle their business well. They have assisted me with a multiplicity of issues. DRIE, Social security, housing and SNAP and more. They have worked harder for me than any other legal outfit I have used in the past for these matters. I am forever GRATEFUL and Sing their Praises!
