Hi why is your store closed before the hours of operation? Very annoyed for someone who is depending on your store for styling jobs

All of the comments regarding the Asian woman that works there are true. She’s got a nasty attitude. You can tell she is a very miserable person.

There was a female employee of Asian descent at the register she was so rude it was unbelievable. I’m a person of color as well & couldn’t believe how she was acting towards me. Will not be shopping there anymore

I used to shop at this location a lot. I think they may have started carrying less options to give the store a more minimalist appearance. Not as much variety as some of the city locations (esp.the men's department), but it is clean and does look appealing.

I think her name was Jada or Jade, I’m not to sure but sorry if I butchered the name. She was honest and blunt about my options and which one would be a better choice. This was not only a meaningful genuine conversation it was a memorable one, one I look forward to having again. One that showed she cared and was fully invested in the experience she provides for costumers. I’ve shopped here for years and this was to say the least a memory which I will always remember. The world needs more people like you.
The only thing that took away from my experience was that over size fire fighter dinning table they placed between the woman’s under wear and the stairs. It takes away from the feeling, the characteristic, the Feng shui that this Urban provided for the community. Please fix it.

Terrible asian employee by the name of sophie. A rude, unprofessional and lame duck employee she is. I will not ever shop there again. Urban you need to hire better employees at your stores.

The store was clean and the staff was nice.
This location is a quick stop in for those who frequent UO. Slightly smaller than others though.

That said.

I used to rely on urban outfitters to provide a little taste of many street made designers, even some big ones willing to tap into the authentic street appeal. Now it has become a machine of it's own design. More and more of the products are UO brand. That's ok, I guess. But it's not what I grew up admiring about urban outfitters. They are a full fledged take-out-the-competition brand that rubs elbows with the other big wigs.

Hopefully the company can recapture the raw honesty it once had. One can hope.

The workers at this location are not welcoming. Not one of them talked to me I even went downstairs where the young woman stared at me. I will not come to this store again.

Haven't been here in a awhile but it's pretty nice. The stores organized and the staff is great. They clean the changing room after each use. And I found what I needed and the staff helped me with everything I needed instore and online when ordering.

Rude staff who acted like finding a pair of jeans in a different size was hard to do.was not helped at all and their clothing at this store is limited to a few items compared to other urban outfitters.

Management assisted me with an inquiry about a record player. She was informative, relatable and provided a great customer service experience. Olivia is an excellent asset to your staff

Went this past weekend. Staff assistance very minimal during 12pm. Love the products but the staff seemed snobby. Staff told me to not try on clothes in the store due to covid. They ask that I bring the items back up so they can be sanitized. But an employee pulled down her mask to drink her coffee. It doesn't make sense.
