Urbane Brokerage, New York NY

Been living in NYC for over two decades and have never had a worse less professional with a broker.

-Tried to SCAM renters by hiding the state broken amenities in unit.
-Had to wake up a broker at NOON on a weekday for a business call

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I was with Urbane Brokerage and their representative Brooke. My experience was marred by unprofessionalism, unfriendliness, and a concerning lack of knowledge regarding the lease terms. The entire ordeal was unnecessarily stressful and a complete letdown. I strongly advise anyone considering working with Urbane Brokerage to proceed with extreme caution, as my experience suggests that they may not be the most competent or trustworthy option available.

I had a very UNPLEASANT experience dealing with this agency. The agent, Brooke, was extremely unprofessional. She took us to an apartment and did not walk us around it or explain anything about the lease terms. When we wanted to start the application process and asked her questions about the fees and process, she was rude, condescending and at times, combative. She offered the apartment to us at a lower rent and broker’s fee than was advertised and then when we told her we wanted to apply, she rescinded it. With so many real estate brokers in NYC, I would strongly suggest using another agency.
