Urgent Care Center at WPH Medical & Wellness, Armonk NY

Your urgent care is a hidden gem. Going elsewhere may take hours to see a doctor. At your site it could be less then an hour. Your staff are courteous. My only issue that although there are not many people waiting, we are sometimes waiting without knowing why it is taking so long to see a doctor.

Always a great experience here. Shona, Silvia, Curshina, Sasha, Alicia and Dr Bregman provide exceptional care to their patients.

They are very friendly an helpful, saw me in no time, an told me what I should do after I leave, very happy with my care there,

Dr. Srulowitz was really nice, calm, informative, and professional. Ms. Hains, the attending nurse, was also friendly and professional.

The WP Urgent Cate Center in Armonk is wonderful…especially Dr James Bregman! The staff is excellent from Camille at the front desk to the nurses to the X-Ray Technicians…but we especially commend Dr Bregman, from his friendly manner to his expertise! We wish he could br our primary care Doctor!

Presumably people go to urgent care because they feel pretty awful. This place forces you to wait outside, no list, no sign up and wait in your cars. Just wait in the cold feeling like death or lose your place. Skeleton crew, one doctor, it will take at least 1-2 hrs just to get in.

Friendly staff, seen by a technician within 30 min then waited in room an hour and half for doctor with fever and feeling sick. Only one doctor. Told to follow up with primary after receiving lab results Friday night.

Excellent experience. There was no wait time. Every interaction was kind and caring. The follow up was unexpected but welcomed. The facility is spotless and organized.

Absolutely horrible. This facility claims to be an urgent care and then bills patients for emergency room visits. I can’t imagine a more dishonest approach to business from a healthcare provider.
