Urgent Care Far Rockaway Far Rockaway Urgent Care Urgent Care 11691, Queens NY

I went here two days ago and had a culture done, i have yet to hear back from anyone about the results from the culture. When i was there they said they it should take 24hrs maybe 48hr… here i am 48hrs later calling and calling leaving voicemails and not one person has answered or called me back. They put me on meds but have yet to confirm if i should continue taking them. How is this ok?

Update- I got thru to someone after calling 5 times, just to be put on hold and transferred. This must be a practical joke of sorts because the lack of attention and communication could make your head spin.

Caring courtesy and fast. I LOVE that the wait time is not ever long. They really care about the Community. The Staff is Amazing.

The visit was very pleasant.from the front door staff to the Dr. & the exit. Very quick not a long wait. My Husband & I was in & out in under an hour.highly recommended for Urgent & Quick yet through care

I came in today around 2: 30/ 3: 00 for a simple COVID test. If it wasn’t for me saying hello? It appeared as if the entire office was empty. A young woman peeked around the corner she was hiding in. I told her why I was there she told me to sign in. She got up disappeared and never returned. Very rude, very unprofessional, very uncalled for.

The doctor is quite helpful esp concerning my insurance coverage. They tell you frankly where to go and what to do.

Clean and quiet office. The medical staff was respectful and polite. The doctor was accurate in his diagnosis but could've been a bit more engaging.

I had a great experience here. I was attended to immediately and treated with compassion by the Dr. I will recommend this place for anyone looking for urgent care. Excellent team.

I was there for an hour, it was completelyempty when I went in and two people came before they took me back. They told me that if I saw them then they could give me a referral for radiology at the ER and I wouldn't have to wait at the ER. This has not been the case. I have been at the ER for an hour and a half and still not been to radiology. They were very nice, but I feel like I wasted my time since the visit didn't fix my issue, broken toe and they don't have an xray, or shorten my ER wait.

I absolutely love the Urgent Car of Far Rockaway! First of all, it’s staffed with beautiful black queens, including the doctor! Secondly, they are very attentive and professional, whilst upholding genuine care that you feel immediately. The waiting room was clean, and well ventilated. In the examination room, the nurse made sure to face me and hear out my concerns about my accident, before going to the computer (back facing me) to enter my information. That to me felt personable, and made me want to engage in conversation about my pain, instead of attempt to list off symptoms by myself. The doctor was very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient as she spoke with me to better understand my needs. She didn’t waste time reviewing my notes on the computer when she entered, and actually sat on the other bed while we spoke which only added to the already comfortable environment. After, they worked together to get the immediate medication I needed, and refer me to other care, while also informing me of aftercare they would happily assist me with getting when I was done. It is clear that all of these women love the work they do! I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality, grace, and overall kindness. You all helped to make a very hard experience a little less hard to go through, and for that, I say Thank You Urgent Car Farrock Queens!

It was a great experience. I did not have to wait for too long. The staff members are very nice. The place is very inviting. Thanks for all ladies.

This was my 3rd time visiting, it's a very clean and nice facility. Staff was excellent and Doctors has always been good.

Excellent service, compassionate, and caring. Took time to listen, and fully examine me with tender care.

Excellent fast and friendly service. I brought my children here and they loved all the MA's and the physician. I will make this place first priority.
