Urgent Care of Auburn

The people are pretty nice I give them that. But the wait time is so insane! They wait on everyone but us! My boyfriend came in because he fell on his elbow and busted it up. They did absolutely nothing to treat his wounds and they just left us in the room and ended up sending us to a specialist. These people told the specialist that he had a broken arm and that they set it back in place for him! But that’s not what happened, they lied! Wasted our time.

It’s not often that I go to an Urgent Care but when I need to - this is always my choice locally. The service is prompt, courteous and high quality.

Had a fish hook removed on a Saturday. Everyone was very down to earth and caring. Good job! Appreciate your being available!

Could not be nicer. Genuinely, every staff member was lovely and comforting. They apologized for my wait (around 60-90 minutes, I've waited much longer in the past) and just really helped set my mind at ease. Thank you all!

Very Professional Staff, personable and caring, I felt like I was at my primary are facility with a group that had known me my entire life! Fantastic place, there was hardly any wait either.

Always very professional, and compassionate. I've never waited very long to be seen, and appointments are pretty quick too. The staff is very knowledgeable and personable which helps to calm the nerves when your worried.

Great place every time I have gone its been quick in and out and they take care of what you need. They have great staff and doctors and nurses

I was there crying in my room in pain with no meds haven’t been checked on by a nurse or doctor for 2 hours and when i asked for pain meds (a couple times) i waited on them for another hour before i just left without anything.this isn’t the first time they have left me for hours in pain with nothing.would go anywhere else if you could

I came here for the first time because i accidentally dropped the grass trimmer/edger on my left foot.the staffs were ALL amazing! Prompt in giving care, i haven’t even waited long.in addition, they were friendly and approachable.

My wait wasn't very long. Once I was called in, completed check in, etc was only minutes before I was taken into exam room. Shortly after that the NP came in, we chatted for a few minutes, she took care of my problem and I was on my way. Both she & the nurse, plus the front desk check in person couldn't have been any nicer. Don't think I was there more than an hour. IF, I ever need an urgent care visit again, that will b the place to go. TY for your kindness!

The ladies this afternoon were amazing. Very personable, kind and caring. Despite it being Easter Sunday they were open to serve the community’s needs. I was in and out quickly, left feeling I got the best possible care.thank you

Was seen in December and again today for separate issues. Both times I was seen quickly, the staff was very knowledgeable and thorough and addressed all my concerns and had me on my way quickly but without feeling like I was being rushed.

I've had the only best experience since I've been going there since 2012. And I cannot tell you how wonderful is people have been with me over the years thank you. God bless you all.

I showed up to get seen because I was anxious and got told by the reptionist and white hair woman that I could not be seen. I thought this is what urgent care is for. I was told to go somewhere else but I think it was because it was almost closing time not because they couldn't see me.

Every time I've needed to go to Urgent Care of Auburn I've been seen really quickly. I'm usually in and out in under 30 minutes. All the people working there are friendly and knowledgeable. I am so glad they're there because I can never get a quick appointment with my regular doctors office so it's nice to know I can always rely on Urgent Care to take care of any issues I have that come up suddenly. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for the great service!

I needed a covid test result for travel, and the staff did their very best to get me the result in time. I really appreciated their assistance!

Dr Bob was amazing as well as nurse Laurie ️ I can’t thank them enough, especially in this crazy COVID world right now. Very pleasant and compassionate! Couldn’t have asked for a better visit and group of people!

While I was only at Urgent Care for a COVID test, it was very important that I know I was not going to pass anything on to my young grandkids. My treatment by the professionals in the office was A+. I should hear my results in the morning. Thank you.
