17The worst. Dr Rivka Fixler is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever seen, no clinical experience or total disregard for thorough exam, the worst bedside manner! Avoid!
Was seen quickly. Very courteous staff. My only suggestion is get rid of the paper forms and use tablets for people to sign in and or update their information
Anytime I ever need to go to urgent care I go to this urgent Care. They have taken care of me for minor emergencies and made the process and simple and transparent as possible.
Excellent professional service the staff was amazing and addressed my concerns accordingly.
This location saved my life. I came in for a severe sore throat. The front desk lady was very kind and made the check in process seamless. Courtney Juma was absolutely amazing. She was the sweetest and coached me through my issue. She gave me 2 emergency shots and prescribed me antibiotics. This is now my preferred location. Incredible staff! Thank you all so much.
I went to this location last Thursday, while my interaction with most of the staff was pleasant, my experience with the provider was not. She walked into the room and failed to introduce herself and there was no name badge visible on the lanyard. I did not expect her to be so dismissive, rushed, and overall poor demeanor while trying to have a conversation about my health. I had to find out that the provider was a PA and her name was Shiva from the receptionist. Not only did Shiva discuss my case with other people not involved in my care, she did it immediately after rushing out of the room. I’m sure this is HIPPA violation. This was the worst experience of poor bedside manner I have ever experienced. Her immaturity and lack of experience in healthcare is apparent.
I have NEVER been so insulted and disgusted by another human being than i was on 2/25 around 630pm ET. I was trying to locate my elderly father who had gone to the other location which had closed for business for the day. I am in another state and was scared and panicked and in years from fear. The woman i spoke to was nasty, condescending AND hung up on my before helping me. This woman has no business working in any type of healthcare. My only regret was not getting her name so i could file an official complaint. But i will be calling to find out who she is.
The staff was welcoming and pleasant starting at registration to the provider. My daughter was seen promptly, within 1/2 hr my visit was completed. Thank you!
Having used this location a few times I am always extremely pleased with their kindness and efficiency. Their wait times are short compared to other facilities in the area.
Visited the urgent care tonight. Dealt with wonder staff like Tita, Shiva and the manager Daniel. Easy in and out. Quick diagnosis and treatment plan. Been here several times and never had long wait, things move quick. Highly recommended.

I went in to be checked out, the young girl in the front was very nice, as was the PA. However, the other young lady that took my vitals was very rude. I thought she was just having a bad day, but she was being extremely rude to all the other patients who were just asking her simple questions. If I knew where to report her I would. She has no bedside manners. I understand working in health care isn’t the easiest right now but you shouldn’t take it out on the patients who look to you for help. Especially as aggressive as she was towards an elderly woman, who again was only asking a simple question. Might I add this one young lady in particular was the only one out of the staff who was being so rude and aggressive to the patients.
I’ve been here multiple times for my girlfriend, one time she went for the stomach flu and was prescribed Zofran, which helped her a lot. I end up going in myself for the stomach flu, they gave me a singular Zofran and said they couldn’t prescribe me it and didn’t give me a reason and basically just shuffled me out of the building despite no other patients even being there.
My experience was above and beyond:) they took my son in very quick and all of the staff was amazing, very nice and fun with my son, made him feel so comfortable.thank you so much I hope every place were like them

My 3 years old kid’s school wanted doctor’s clearance since he threw up twice in school. So I went to an urgent care in Peninsula blvd, Hewlett. That place was weird! The doctor came and without any test he said my son has pneumonia and wanted to start antibiotics! When I asked how did he know. He said there’s no way to find out if he has any pneumonia because he’s so little and pneumonia can find out only through chest scan and no doctor will approve that. So I need to go with his assumptions. And when I denied he checked my son again and then he told me he doesn’t have any pneumonia! (Because by that time there was another doctor came in) Not only that once we started to check out they said there’s a $50 bill because they test for strep throat too! I said I didn’t ask for that and nobody notified me! And the front desk lady said she didn’t want to argue with us. Obviously we didn’t pay the money.
That place is horrendous. They are using the worldwide crisis to make some money at the cost of our/ our children’s health. I’m willing to warn you all.
The regular PA that be there at nights, was stereotyping me, he was awful, I went there for back pain, he did not offer me privacy, and he didn’t even came in the room to do proper assessment on me, the man stand at the door way asking me what’s wrong, he didn’t even prescribed me anything for pain, he was just so judgmental and stereotypical and racist towards me! He was rude and nasty, never felt so embarrassed in all my life going to the doctor! And you have to pay before you see them, so I basically paid for nothing, because he did absolutely nothing for my pain.
