6The woman at the front desk was beyond rude. We will NEVER be returning to this location and I will be contacting HR at Auburn hospital to inform them about how incredibly unprofessional and rude she is.
Booked an appointment online, only problem was putting in birthdate, wouldn't allow me to type in.
Great experience at check in and everyone was very nice
I called in at 8am for a 9am appointment. It started on time. Nurse Linda was very nice and Doctor Anton came up with a fast and accurate diagnosis. I was there for about an hour which was great.
The receptionist Sue is very rude and shouldn't be working with the public.
Was seen here as a walk in patient, after being seen by a P. A was charged a 35 co payment which i paid when leaving. I just received another bill with a co payment of 35 from Auburn community hospital. Was charged 2 copays for my visit, will not go back again.
Receptionist clearly hates her job and takes it out on people seeking help.
