My phone call to inquire about the type of physicians there was a total waste. The man's English was awful, miserable. He was rude and hanged up the phone. He then said his secretary was away.

I called to simply ask if they were accepting walk ins and was rudely hung up on all because i didn’t want to randomly TEXT my personal information.when i said i’d rather not send my info out i’d prefer to come in.are you taking walk ins, the man on the phone hung up abruptly.horrible service, can’t trust when before i even got there.trash!

Dr. Dipti is by far one of the best doctors I have ever been to! She completely listens to you, unlike other doctors that your afraid to speak to. When I was going to her it was the best I have ever felt then with the pandemic everything I stopped seeing her.

Highly recommend sometimes the waits are long but, you want someone like her someone who takes their time with each patient. You do not want a doctor who does not listen & just races through the whole waiting room for you to have a shorter wait!

I called and the first thing the secretary did was lie about my copay. My insurance copay for urgent care is 20 bucks and she said it was 30, i literally just went to an urgent care days ago and it they confirmed it was only 20.i called my carrier just to be sure.these people lied before i even walked in the door, I will never use somebody like this.

I was a patient for several years and recommended many patients to this practice over the years. Dr Dipti, the rheumatologist, was more than a usual dr, she seemed genuinely concerned for my health. Until, following a traumatic event wherein I was robbed of many items from my ex, including medications, my trusted dr turned a very cold shoulder. A police report had been made to reflect the theft as well as the assault that proceeded it. Dr. Dipti was aware of the assault/violent history of the theif, yet showed no sympathy. She refused to replace my controlled meds and only replaced the one non-controlled medication. This set me up for a dangerous sudden withdrawal from psychiatric medications id taken for about a year. The ER instructed me that it was my doctors ethical duty to insure I wouldn't experience a lapse due to the acknowledged theft. I passed that on to dr.dipti, a woman id always respected, only for her to act as though it was incredulous to be accused of being unethical, especially given our history of her being an excellent dr. Indeed, I was shocked at the unethical response given her excellent history as well. Dr. Dipti dropped me as a patient over this ordeal. She did so with cold abandon. I would not recommend wasting years committing to a dr patient relationship with a dr who callously will drop you, especially following a very tumultuous event. I believe I experienced actual shock and clear emotional disturbance from her dismissal of me.

I would recommend this Doctor to friends and family. Staff is very friendly. Easy to get in and see the Doctor. This Doctor listens and takes his time with you when you come for a visit. Staff and the doctor seems very experienced.

If you don't feel like waiting 6 hours to be seen go here! Very friendly and a great atmosphere. Short wait time and they're genuine people.

I had a really great experience today at the Urgent Care facility run by Dr. Laxmikant Bhoiwala in East Greenbush. Having been in numerous urgent care facilities in the past this is not usually the case. And having never been to this one clinic before today as well as being a walk-in off the street I was treated as if I had been a long term patient of theirs. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by the doctor's very kind and friendly wife at the front desk who, after having me fill in some paperwork, made sure I was next in line to be seen. I waited less than 5 minutes before being seen by the doctor, who was not only astute and very professional in his manner but equally as friendly as the rest of the staff in his clinic (A good bedside manner goes a long way in this day and age, and Dr Bhoiwala's was impeccable.). I was diagnosed quickly and accurately and left feeling better than when I walked in. Theirs is a practice that obviously cares highly about their patients, and it shows in the many 5 star reviews to be found on these pages. I feel fortunate to have, by chance, found this wonderful clinic and look forward to my next visit!

I experienced zero waiting and I experienced exceptional expertise + service! Very professional and highly recommended! Best doctor I've seen in a very long time. Very thorough.

What more can I say. The Doctor and his staff are simply wonderful. The patience, kindness, and warmth that they display is very refreshing especially when you are not feeling your best. If there were 6 stars I would give another.

Awful. All staff showed up 45 minutes late. Proceeded to tell the firsr person they don't take cdphp. Then told me the doctor won't take NYS Empire plan. Only his daughter will and she only works Thursday. They were very rude in the whole process. Waste of time.

Dr. Bhoiwala is an excellent and knowledgable physician who genuinely cares for his patients. He treats them with love and respect. His practice is not "all about money, " but about giving back to humanity. I am so glad to have him as my physician.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. B is a FANTASTIC DOCTOR very caring and extremely kind and really listens to you and finds the BEST solution for what your needs are.
Its so hard to find a GOOD doctor! Well I've found one!

Dr. Bhoiwala has been nothing less than incredible! I have had multiple surgeries on my foot as a result of a maniacal podiatrist and have endured unbearable consequences. My 'Frankenstein' foot has caused doctor after doctor to turn me away in disbelief and disgust as Dr. Bhoiwala agreed to attempt to help me. I just couldnt ask for anything more!

The wait time is a little much, but thats the only negative.

I've been going to Dr. B at urgent care since I was younger. Over 20 years now and he is very professional, friendly and, makes a visit to the Dr.seem like your visiting a friend with how easy he is to speak o about what's going on with you.

This doctor save my wife's life. Our doctor from Schenectady retired and my wife and I went to this doctor for him to be our primary and my wife's first appointment he did an EKG found it was abnormal told her she needed to go to the emergency room so myself took her there she was admitted with major blockages in her arteries. She was in the hospital for 4 days and today she is doing well. Thank you very much virgin care
