Took my mom for her birthday back in May 2022. The service was good, we ordered arroz con marisco, pulpo a la parrilla, y chicha. El pulpo wasn't enough for my mom so she ordered sudado. El sudado de pescado had no color, it was liquid with fish. The onions were raw, it lack so much flavor. It was bland and tasteless. DO NOT ORDER THE SUDADO!

The place is very nice, well decorated, very good service, very good presentation of the dishes, good portions, very good taste, the reason why I give only, is because I ordered a grilled octopus, and they served me the head of the squid as seen in the photo, I don't know if they don't have more octopus, or they thought I had no idea what the octopus looks like, and they don't accept more than 2 credit cards when paying, there is no bar, they only have wines

I would just want to bring it to everybody's attention that the tip is already included in the receipt. So there is no need to put in tip as well they charge a custom fee in order to change something specific in the meal (just in case your allergic).

The service was mediocre I waite ten minutes before some body asked me if I want water or beverage after I order I have to wait 25 more minutes under a big fan that cool off my food in five minutes the food was ok this
was my second ti going there on top of all that 20 percent gratuity which is very arbitrary no class

First time here and unfortunately it was a miss for me. It was not the best Peruvian food I have tasted at all. I ordered a Lomo Saltado they served it with cajun fries. (Fries were coated with seasoning) I have never had lomo saltado with cajun fries. Also, my fiancé ordered papa a la huancaina and he said the taste was weird and totally off. Btw he’s Peruvian.

I am only giving it two stars because our waiter was nice enough to bring another papa a la huancaina and I really liked the Peruvian art they had throughout the restaurant.

If you want to try good Peruvian food don’t come here.

The wait staff was extremely rude. I ordered the lomo saltado and made the request to omit the tomatoes from the dish and was told okay.the plate came with EXTRA tomatoes i asked for a new plate as im allergic to tomatoes and was told they cant as they are closing in 6 mins.i called a head of time and they said they close at 10pm the time at the moment was 8: 54pm.you lost a customer for life.

Apart from having mediocre food the manager estela is very incompetent. I ordered Caldo de Gallina. The soup was very sour not eatable at all the lady didn’t want to give me a refund. Despite the food being TRASH. They offered me store credit but why would I want to come back? To eat their disgusting food BAD SERVICE. The lomo saltado was also mediocre at best. I recommend going to
pio pio or another Peruvian restaurant in nothern Blvd.

Food, drinks, atmosphere! Urubamba has it all! The pollo ala parrilla is wonderful simple and full of flavor and the lomo saltado is a staple. The grilled veal hearts are not to be missed, tender and juicy, packed with flavor. Always a great time!

This is the oldest restaurant in the area of Queens. Owners kept the originally food from Perú.
I know the owners for over 30 years.
Before they were Inti Raymi Restaurant a couple doors from where they are.
Congratulations for over 30 years of serving to the Peruvian and Latin community ARIBA PERU

The music is not too loud but is not too low, it’s just perfect ambient and mixed songs. I loveeeeed the choros a la chalaca. Están súper frescos. Super fresh. Highly recommended. Me encanto todo

I don't like being charged tips or "gratuity" in advance because that should be up to the customer not imposed, other than that I guess is good.

Over the 8 years my family has been coming to Urubamba, they've always had amazing food, but there were times the service wasn't anything to write home about. Tonite my family came in for the first time in a year or so and it was an amazing experience. The food was out of this world and the service was perfect. Keep in mind, it's a busy Saturday night and the whole place is full, but they knocked it out of the park.

I’m furious I drove over 1 hour to pick up some food and they gave me the wrong item. I ordered 8 tamales and 1 large soup of shrimp and they gave me a sea food soup. I spent $60. It took me 1 1/2 hours to get back to Suffolk county, I always favored this place and I recommended tons of people to go here but that will change.
