They have been holding my package after stating it's cleared customs for however long they're feeling like I guess. Not sure how to contact anybody and it seems the other reviews about this building are just as bad as mine. These people need to start doing their jobs because its costing people lots of money.

These people will take their sweet time with your package, dont expect your package to leave U. S customs in a few days because realistically it won't happen.
